Would love if they had a bigger bar and/or hangout spot/place to eat - but there are so many places to eat in walking distance it was hardly a deal breaker.

It was outstanding - beautiful grounds and perfect proximity to beach. Huge rooms with so much space. Terrific service! The pool is outstanding - perfect temp and huge! And bonus: they have the sweetest cats on the property. Feed and pet them if you stay there!

There is much I didn’t like about the property. Maybe it would have been nice to have a restaurant on the sea.

The property is beautiful, with the perfect access to the most amazing beach and sea! It’s much smaller compared to the other properties near by, and this gives a sense of exclusivity, intimacy, and privacy. Perfect for a couple’s vacation! The sea view apartment was simply stunning, highly recommended! John and Randal, at the beach, took great care of us, welcoming everyday with fresh towels, cold water, and a beautiful smile. Lorraine welcomed us on our arrival with a complimentary cocktail and said goodbye to us with a late check out!

The fees on top of the booking were quite high. I wasn’t expecting that. The additional 10 and 12% taxes should be included. Additionally when I booked it says that the commute to and from the resort and airport were included. However I had to pay an extra $30 to the resort and $34 to the airport when we left. It was little things like that that took away from the trip overall.

That staff was very friendly and always willing to help with taxis or recommendations. It was located right in the heart of of everything. We enjoyed walking to a lot of the nearby places but also exploring other islands and locations for fun. I felt very safe and never worried about commuting or walking around. Nice surprise was that they had tennis courts. My son and I played every evening for a little bit after sunset. They have lighting to see.

Nothing. It was peaceful. The beach was wonderful. A gorgeous pool. The service was exceptional.

The property does not have a restaurant, however, you are minutes from lots of great food. There is a kitchen in the room.

All 4 nights that we stayed at this property we were kept awake by music from adjacent properties that didn’t end until 3AM! We are consistently low-maintenance, undemanding hotel guests, however this is unacceptable. Despite repeated, polite conversations with hotel staff, and vague promises to first, change rooms and then, when that didn’t happen, provide a credit, nothing was done. The hotel manager was nowhere to be found. At this point I can only believe that the hotel staff is at beast, insincere and uninterested in making guests comfortable, and at worst, dishonest and disrespectful. We will not stay here again.

Location is beautiful, and very nice beach bordering on gorgeous waters.

We paid $4k for a last minute room for an unexpected night (only room available on booking.com). You would think an all included vibe. Nothing is included. No restaurants on property itself, no breakfast, bar is 11-6 but not included (considering the price). Expected so much for the most expensive room I’ve ever booked (I’ve stayed all over the world in luxury places and this was the most expensive and the least enticing)
