The staff was super friendly but they are just not organized and we tried several times to book the sailboat and just couldn’t and we ended up not going for the sailing

That it’s not all inclusive. It’s not a cheap trip.

This property has 2 room services. The 1st is when they come and clean my room and the 2nd is where they turn down ur bed and put slippers for ur feet by the bed and a water on the night stand. Talk about classy. This property also includes with ur stay a $300 credit u can use twds anything on the property. Very nice

As mentioned above, the breakfast was not very good. Some things were cold. Some things did not have a cover and they were flies crawling on them. The breakfast pastries looked a bit stale. Also, for the price, it would’ve been nice for them to have some good entertainment. For example, at dinner time a violinist on the weekends would’ve been a nice highlight. The mixed drinks were no better than an all inclusive.

The staff was amazing, especially our concierge staff Fredna. The property looked good overall, but some things were starting to show its age and needed some updating and replacing. Breakfast was just OK. The grits and home fries or cold every day. Dinner was great with the exception of one meal. Menu options were a bit limited though.

The property is waterfront and many of the suites open to a patio with a view of the ocean and a pool. The Infinity Bar and Restaurant are on the water and offer breathtaking views of the sunset.

It is pricey. The food at the restaurant was pricey for simple things like a burger.

Having a personal concierge was amazing! The location was perfect, in the heart of the hit spots. The staff was very accommodating and the property was beautiful including the pool.

The breakfast was amazing! Many wonderful choices in the buffet and they also prepare omelets and other items to order. The service from Beatrice (Manager) Elmina, Sonny, Rachel, Christopher and Junie was top notch and always started our day in a happy way. Our concierges, Tiffany, Franklyn and Sharlette were very helpful.

Nothing to do with Grace Bay club which respects the environment .... but still wondering how the construction of a tower building for Ritz Carlton hotel could be authorized on the bay ...thanks god , no direct view on it from Grace bay club hotel

Fantastic hotel, outstanding location on Grace bay beach, very nice staff , liked the personal concierge, the services on the beach , the Infiniti restaurant ...everything !

Concierge service was lacking to non existent. When we arrived we were assigned a 'personal Concierge.' We only got one response from him when we inquired about beach services which was rude and not much helpful. We attempted to get an airport shuttle through him 5 times without much success. Disappointing

Unfortunately remodeling was being done on a few units and the construction noise was loud if you were outside in the garden areas or at yoga. But did not disturb us while inside or at the beach.

The breakfast was included with our villa. They had everything you could want for breakfast. A big variety of breads, salads, fruits, eggs, meats, yogurts, cereals. We could order eggs Benedict and omelets. The coffee was good and service was pleasant. The room cleaners were quick and thorough. They were able to keep up with the sand we tried to avoid bringing in to the villa. the kitchen was clean and we had bottled water stocked in the refrigerator. Although no one got ill from drinking the tap water. The concierge team brought a couple of bottles of wine and cheese trays to help me celebrate my retirement. It was a nice surprise and very thoughtful. We didn't have to make too many requests and when we did it was taken care of promptly.

The service at the dinner and breakfast could be better

We had a personal Concierge Fredna she was super she was there whenever we needed her. Even she found a doctor for me when I got ill. I believe she was the best I ever met and I travel extensively in Caribbean, in Europe like Italy, France and Far east.
