We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I don’t usually write reviews unless the experience is exceptionally good or bad—and in this case, I was truly overwhelmed by Adriano’s hospitality. 1. Location: The property is ideally situated just 5–7 minutes by car from supermarkets, restaurants, and stunning beaches. It offers both convenience and a sense of peaceful privacy away from the busy tourist areas. A rental car is highly recommended, as local transportation can be expensive. 2. Safety: I felt completely safe during my stay, thanks to security cameras and Adriano’s presence next door. I was especially comfortable being there with my two daughters. 3. Cleanliness: The cleanliness deserves 10 stars. The room and kitchen were spotless with fresh bedding. I witnessed the thorough turnover process after another guest checked out—two cleaners meticulously cleaned every corner of the property. Adriano clearly prioritizes high standards. 4. Hospitality & Amenities: Turks and Caicos is an expensive destination—meals for three can easily start at $150, and a case of beer can cost $60. Having a fully equipped kitchen helped us save significantly. Adriano went above and beyond: he took us to a grocery store, recommended great local restaurants, and connected us with reliable tour operators. He also provided beach essentials like snorkels, towels, chairs, and umbrellas, and even guided us to hidden, less crowded beaches that were absolutely beautiful. Thanks Adriano for going an extra mile to make us feel home. Keep it up and all the best. we will definitely visit again!!

United StatesOverall, you have to remember you are staying on an island in the Caribbean. As such, things like mosquitos, little lizards, ants, etc. may find their way into the room. Given that there is no "living room" area as such, I worked outside on the balcony during the mid-morning hours before the sun came up. I therefore wouldn't recommend for anyone remote working to rent on a long-term basis.
From the friendly and helpful host (Adriano - he's fantastic!) to the location (complete with view of the water from the balcony area) to the various extras (beach towels, snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, etc.), this place has everything you need for a short stay in Provo. Kitchenette is equipped with small fridge, induction hot plate, and microwave. Perfect for one person or a couple! Adriano provided check-in information well in advance and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. He also gave me some beach tips, including for snorkeling. I would definitely stay again!

This property was in the perfect location to get anywhere, lovely and quiet residential area. The host was amazing, nothing too much trouble and he helped us loads. He is there to give you as much or as little attention as you need, and always a very quick response.

United KingdomAlthough no local transport available was able to hire a car for reasonable cost. When out in town numerous eateries and services available. A very quiet beautiful location and would return, Privacy guaranteed throughout stay. Very pricate location.
This was a self catering suite, All items available. Peaceful and beautiful site. The owner/front of house Andrius from Romania very helpful and informative.
