This place definitely exceeded my expectations (perfect for a budget/family friendly stay)

10 days after our check out, “only” when I asked to return the deposit, they claimed that we should have broke the coffee machine (who actually we haven’t used), why they don’t advise me on the same day? Why they didn’t return automatically the deposit after 24h? After some few emails they returned partially the deposit.

It is located in a tropical paradise, the villas are totally furnished and very comfortable, you have a fully functional kitchen a living room and two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. You have at a walking distance two of the best beaches of the island. The restaurant is a breathtaking terrace in front of the ocean, priced but good.

Las Brisas doing delivery akin to room service would have been great. Additionally, the streaming apps on the TV were difficult to engage with leaving only regular cable as the options.

Loved that the property was largely secluded and that the villa was spacious. The plunge pool was really great also along with the hammock and multiple decks. The beach was just a few minutes away providing another change of setting and Las Brisas did the trick for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We chose Neptune Villas for it's location away from the tourist zone. So, Las Brisas was the only "nice" restaurant for everyone staying in Taylor and Sapodilla bays. Very busy. The staff were overwhelmed, wait times on food and service were long.

Villa 5 gets 5 stars! Perfect for a couple with unobstructed view of Chalk Sound, private pool, comfy bed, strong wifi, cold A/C, hot water. Not one complaint - we had everything we needed and it was very clean. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Great privacy. I could live there all year long. Easy walk to Sapodilla Bay across the street and Taylor Bay just a 3 min drive away. The colors of Chalk Sound were mesmerizing. Don't miss the pontoon tour with Adler - he's hilarious. Liz (manager), Silver (waitstaff) and Rachel (the owner) were kind and sweet!

What an amazing place! We cannot wait to come back! Friendly staff, great accommodations, incredible view from our own terrace with a private small pool, the most beautiful beach just a short walk away, what else can we ask for? The place had fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry. Daily maid service was very helpful. There are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the Sound. Highly recommend it.

Little bit of a distance from Grace Bay. I recommend having a rental car if you stay here.

We had no AC in our bedroom and in the dining room either as both AC units were not working. The master bedroom AC got changed the next day, and the dining room AC got repaired as well. The dishwasher did not work, but the technician gor it working the next day.as well. One Sink Lavatory faucet was not working, but they fixed it the next day.

The owner and staff are very nice and responded quickly to the issues.

Didn't like the check-out experience as the person checking us out was a bit rude because we were asking questions about the damage deposit and if they would have a staff member to come to the house to ensure there was no damages before we left. However, the staff member did realize she was a bit rude and she began being polite. All staff should display good customer service and ensure guests that there are no charges to the room without a check-out walk around in the rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future with a longer stay.

I was very impressed with the room with a private pool, a few minutes walk to the beach was nice. The facilities were very clean and friendly staff.

Minor things here: On-site restaurant could be a little slow at times. The bathtub wouldn’t seal so it was hard for our small kids to bathe. The twin beds are very high making it hard for our small kids to use and concerning if they were to roll out.

The restaurant doesn’t charge to your room, the food was very expensive and if you needed someone there was rarely someone at the office.

Liked the villas and the location was close Airport which was important, a beautiful beach nearby and quiet waters on the sound side.

1. on the sound beach there is trash, cans behind the loungers by the vegetation. this should be cleaned up. 2. the location (but it’s not the hotel’s fault) outside looks desolate and unsafe. when our taxi dropped us off we were very worried after the drive from the airport to there. On one hand we loved the fact that it was away from the busy area but we didn’t have a car so despite the fact we had a fully equipped kitchen with all tools for cooking, there is no grocery store and no way to get any food nearby unless you rent a car and find a supermarket somewhere.

beautiful villas, spacious, comfortable, the private pool is outstanding! great restaurant onsite. staff everywhere is really awesome and customer service oriented. we specifically enjoyed the free use of kayaks. The onsite beach on the sound with shade and beach loungers is beautiful . the beach on the ocean with the bars and chairs umbrellas for rent is also amazing!

Absolutely a perfect place to stay. Villas are individually decorated. We loved ours. Spacious and beautiful. An attached private mini pool to one of the three terraces, Sun beds and a hammock made our days. Amazing staff. All were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Las Brisas Restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious. The owner of the restaurant Rachel such a hospitable, fun and polite person. She is very easy to like. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the private beach but other beaches are five minutes drive away. Renting a car is handy. I can't wait to go back again. I've already missed it.
