There is never a good time to renovate the property; while we stayed at Point Grace it seems some of the adjacent rooms were being updated so you could def hear drilling etc. although it was not all day by any means.

Location is fantastic - quiet beach - yet close enough to all amenities of Grace Bay; Grace Cottage right next door is also a bonus. The placement of the property behind the dunes is fantastic and whoever designed this place should take a bow. The size of the property is also not overwhelming which is what we like, smaller type of resorts. Looking forward to being back.

Some pool area repair noise. They need to maintain the facilities so we get it. Would have been nice if they offered some complimentary mimosas or something else during this period.

Pool bar lunch menu was good but could have offered more selections of food. Not a deal breaker.

The resort was small and comfortable, steps to beach , pool & restaurant. Close to town shops. Ocean View from room was fantastic.

They need to update the door locking system to card keys. The key is the only lock and it is a little old fashion. I would love to beach service when you are on the beach. They need to check on you more.

This property exceeded my expectations. First, the property is a small house with great amenities. It has the small cottage charm with modern flair. It is roomy and separate enough to give you an at home feel. The cleaning staff was consistent and covered all bases. The 24 hour reception and security presence made the resort always feel secure and never deserted. The free brunch was not only delicious but it was full of good options. Also the complimentary bottle of wine was a classy touch.

The suite was amazing - and amazingly beautiful. It feels more like a home on the beach than any of the big corporate hotels. Beach, pool, spa treatments, sand, temperature - everything was just so perfect.

The resort fees and taxes added much more to the advertised than I would expected and it wasn't until very late in the booking process that they were visible. This is more a criticism of the booking.com web site than the resort.

The property is beautiful. It is laid out well and landscaped well. The beach space was large and uncrowded. We never had a difficult time finding an umbrella and chairs at the pool or beach. Our cottage unit was very comfortable and the service was great. We also loved the food and service at Grace's Cottage.

Breakfast was excellent every day. Staff was very accommodating without being intrusive. Lovely and uncrowded. Always available lounge chairs at the pool and the beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like! We had a hard time getting the TV to cooperate when we wanted to watch a big football playoff game at night, but that’s about it.

Our ice maker never did work but the staff was great about getting us ice. Bathroom floors were warped. They did not replenish some of the breakfast dishes, so if you were not there early, you missed it.

Beautiful setting. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Access to the pool and ocean was awesome. The breakfast options with fresh fruit was great and the breakfast atmosphere was really good.
