I checked in at 4.30 pm and had to wait for the room because it was not ready. I requested a compensation not because I need the money but as a gesture. Nobody got back to me. Ever.

1. BATHROOM : The bathroom needs a remodelling ( especially the walls around the toilet ). 2. LACK OF AMENITIES : Paper cups were provided for the coffee and tea. However, no plates or hand soap in the bathroom were provided. 3. NO ELEVATOR : Although the Grace Bay Suites is only 3 floors, if you have heavy luggages and the elderly, ask for support with your luggages.

1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: It was at the heart of the Grace Bay Beach road, and so, multiple restaurants and bars around. It is in the ultra-gentrified section so make sure you have a lot of cash to eat out. It has close access to the beach (around 5 mins walk) 2. STAFF : Very friendly, helpful and professional. 3. TWO BEDROOMS: Although I didn't ask or remember booking a 2-bedroom apt, I got it and it was great.

Price was good for the area but still so expensive considering the facilities, should be a lower price point for what it is, would have stayed longer otherwise. But it’s among the best you’ll find around there.

Great spot to be if you don’t have a car. You can walk to the beach, grocery store and tons of restaurants within a few blocks. Location is what makes this property, beach access is right across the street. Beds were comfortable and outside seating area was nice. Staff were friendly as well.

Small area, the pool is okay but also small. No room service was offered. When we came one of the bed was not fully made. You have to walk going to the beach. We were not informed that they have umbrellas and chairs in the beach so we were renting out for two days! It says when we booked “breakfast is free” but they only give you $10 pp coupon, you have to pay for the rest.

The location is good, restaurants and bars are near.

There were some issues with the toilette and the bath didn’t have the door, this was outside the room because it needs to be repaired.

The location, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and bars at walking distance. Additionally, it is very close to Grace beach, a beautiful place to enjoy TCI.

Towel and room servicing wasn't daily - had to constantly ask for fresh towels and sheets.

A $20 voucher each morning for local breakfast/lunch. Very nice pool. Individual A/C units per room and ceiling fan. Good Internet connection. Small safe in room.

The space in the rooms were a bit tight, but for the price it was good.

I believe we got value for our money and the location was the best. Although we were not located on the beach, the beach was just a 5 minute walk.

There was a lot of construction and remodeling going on at the hotel during our stay. There was no chance for a mid day nap if needed. Also the wifi was bad in our room. They did come and try to fix it however stated that the wires were bad and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The only time it was an issue is when I tried to watch TV before bed.

The location was perfect. A two minute walk to a beautiful reserved area on the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and great coffee.

I didn't like that it wasn't a microwave in the room. There was a community microwave by the vending machine outside.

It was a fabulous deal to be right in the center of everything. You can walk to almost everything.

The receptionist when we checked in wasn't the friendliest person I encountered, not mean but not super helpful either. That was the only negative experience with the staff I had the entire time I was there. Everyone else was helpful, informative, and addressed any issue right away.

Breakfast was not at the location. You get a $10 per person credit at one of several local restaurants in the area. We ended up trying Shay Cafe and went there every day during the stay. We usually paid about $5-10 more than what the $10 per diem covered but you could have eaten there mostly free. The location is ideal if you are spending most of your time on Grace Bay. There is easy access (walking) to local shops, restaurants, a convenience store, and the beach. There's also easy access to some of the larger resorts (Villa Renaissance, Ritz, and Seven Seas). The resort does have its own lounge chair area at the beach but no services other than towels so you can pick up lunch/water nearby and still have a front row seat to the ocean. We also used the referred taxi service from the hotel and they were on time and friendly. The resort sits at the back of a lot with Danny Bouy's (famous dive bar). They have karaoke on Tuesday/Thursday nights which can get pretty loud and goes into the wee hours of the morning. We could hear it from the parking lot or pool but not once we were inside our unit so it was never an issue. Plus we had a great time hanging out at Danny Bouy's ourselves (great food and service). Ths is not a high-end resort but for the cost and access to everything we needed, staying here made the trip far more affordable than staying elsewhere. It was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained and easy to access from our ground floor room.
