Myself and my wife liked that the property was close to everything. It was extremely clean, quiet and nice. The staff are all friendly. The restaurant on site has really good food and drinks. They think about everything to make your stay a breeze. I would definitely come back here for another trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay — everything from the peaceful surroundings to the beautifully kept grounds made our visit unforgettable. The location is perfect: just a short stroll from the beach, yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and calm. A special thank you to Nev and Stacie for their kindness and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and helpfulness made a genuine difference and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a boutique-style escape in Turks & Caicos. We can’t wait to return!

I am allergic to feather pillows and bedding and the hotel hadn’t got anything else. They did everything they could though to make sure I was comfortable.

The location is fabulous and the beach is just beautiful 🤩 Although it was much busier this year.. ( we’d just come from Grand Turk and pillory beach ) The hotel is a boutique hotel so is small compared to others in the area but it is really nicely done with a reasonable restaurant on site. There are free bikes both electric and normal to use which was also great and meant we could explore other areas. The staff work really hard and are always on hand to do there best for you the guest. We were particularly impressed on the day we left our flight back to the UK was late, they offered us a complimentary room so we didn’t have to stay by the pool all day and we were able to have a shower and store all our luggage. Music could be heard late at night which was very annoying. It was not the hotel's fault as the music was coming from another venue. The soundproofing of the rooms should be improved.

Small hotel, very clean, big room, nice kitchenette. Bikes and electric bikes available for all the guests for free. We used them every day. The island is small and you can go almost everywhere (just be careful with the cars). The restaurant in the property is very good and all the other good restaurants are at walking distance

This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Oasis. The price keeps going up higher and higher but the amenities are the same. The staff is wonderful, but I was very disappointed that when I booked I was shown pictures of the suite I have had the last two years,(suite 202) but when I got there we were booked into 203 which is much smaller and yet I was paying much more. This was disappointing.

The restaurant that has been open for a year now is very good. They also deliver to the beach. It has a large menu. The staff are very good at trying to bring you things your cooking facility lacks, such as a coffee maker (vs the espresso maker usually in the room). In both suites the dishwasher is not mounted properly and if both shelves are open, it feels as if the entire dishwasher is falling out of it's place.

Arrival: Was greeted by friendly staff & offered a welcome drink. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we went to have lunch at their restaurant which I thoroughly enjoyed. Room: It was clean! They decorated it for our Anniversary which was so sweet. I loved how they go the extra mile to make sure you have things you will need in the room. I had lots of make up wipes, black towel/wash cloth to use for your face. They had slippers and robes are in the rooms. There’s a first aid kit in the room also. The room isn’t luxury at all but we wasn’t looking for that. It was everything we needed without a huge price tag. It was clean, smelled great and the staff was always around if you needed anything. Property: The property is so beautiful! It’s not a big property & you didn’t have to do a ton of walking to get around which I like. The pools was very clean and there’s plenty of comfy loungers around the pool and they put out towels. Beach: Absolutely breathtaking!!!! It’s a short walk from the hotel. However; they have a got cart shuttle that will take and pick you up. When you get to the beach they have staff waiting to give you towels and the hotel has its own chairs and umbrellas so that was nice. Also you can order food/drinks from your seat. Customer Service:REMARKABLE!!!!!!! I really truly enjoyed my stay here. I was so sad to leave. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help & assist in any way. They ordered our taxi service for us when needed. Food: The restaurant is so yummy!! We ate breakfast there every single day. Had lunch there twice. The jerk chicken wrap AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place!!

It’s quite a walk to the main part of provo but hotel has bikes . There was no cutlery in the room or glasses but we asked for some at the restaurant and this was no problem.

The hotel is quite small and sits within beautiful greenery in a traditional colonial style, it’s not intrusive like some other hotels. The outside of the property is beautiful with plenty of gorgeous sun loungers, there are 2 pools. Our room overlooked the pool and was wonderful . There was a golf cart for travelling to beach which had lovely sunloungers and umbrellas and grace beach is spectacular. Food and drink can be ordered and it’s delivered to your sunlounger. The restaurant is lovely and the staff and friendly and welcoming. They have happy hour from 16:30 where local rum punch and beer are offered . We found the cocovan lovely just a short walk from the back of the hotel located by cocobistro.. We will definitely be returning . Having a fridge and a microwave in the room was great and we stocked up at the supermarket ..

Our only issue is that in the evening you can hear a nearby restaurant with loud music (which is not in control of the property), but fortunately, you can close the balcony door, turn your AC on and you can sleep very nicely. Also, the bathroom, while nicely designed esthetically, could have a few more hangers for towels, and the shower design, while pretty is not very practical, there is no way to contain water splashing all over the floor.

This property is located in one of the nicest areas of the Graceway strip. The property itself features a very nice design, all the buildings are surrounded by greenery and it has a magical quality to it. We stayed in a simple room which was super clean and designed very nicely. The balcony had a nice setee and it was enveloped in palm trees which provided privacy. Although the property is not on the beach, they have their own area on the beach with superb services (lounges, umbrella, towels, pillows, an electric shuttle service that is at the guests' disposal 7am to 7 pm. You can also walk to the beach. The property features a restaurant, which has decent prices compared with surrounding restaurants, excellent food and even better atmosphere and services. Did I mention design? The restaurant itself features some interesting design concepts. Honestly, when we compared the price we paid compared to surrounding mega resorts, this is phenomenal value for the money.

Everything was perfect! Even the guests were so nice!

We loved everything! The quality of the resort was wonderful, and the people were exceptionally friendly, and the service was efficient and perfect. The food in the restaurant was amazing, we ate everything on the menu! The manager, Victor and the servers Ruth Anne and Sara couldn’t have been more pleasant! Ordel, the pizza chef made such delicious pizzas!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I would tell others not to be discouraged that the resort isn’t directly on the beach. The golf cart ride is very quick and we never waited more than 5min. If anything, I kind of appreciated getting a quick lift vs hauling my stuff across a big resort. We also had a senior travelling with us so the golf cart was quite handy. The ride is so short that we easily popped back and forth as needed during the day and the golf cart drivers are all very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely loved the ambience of this property. It was very relaxing with multiple pool and all kinds of places to sit. Our 2 bedroom suite had a kitchen and a patio so morning coffee and breakfast on the patio was part of the daily routine. We also had evening cocktails on the patio. Multiple dining options are within walking distance and we used the free bikes to go to the grocery store. The beach is a short golf cart ride away, on the beach the resort has its own umbrellas, chaises, towels, bar and food service and of course the beach is beautiful. I will also note that the bed was very comfortable- I am picky. The service was excellent, the bar & restaurant are open all day and if you want a cocktail, ice coffee or a cup of tea they are happy to make it for you. Overall, we really liked this spot and will return.
