The beach - Grace Bay. There were always plenty of towels. The complimentary breakfast with omelet station. The beds and linens. The understated elegant environment. The restaurants. All the food was terrific! The concierge was very helpful in arranging excursions and keeping us up to date. The spa was lovely and well run. Turn down service. Housekeeping was excellent. The other discerning visitors!

We reserved a one bedroom suite for my husbands birthday. We thought the suite was beautiful room 5306. Until we realized the hotel rented out the second bedroom of this suite, we heard yelling, doors slamming, talking, their TV, it was like they were in our suite! Three feet from our bedroom door was their door. What a huge disappointment! I chose this hotel for the romantic setting, that was ruined on our second day, we felt like our privacy was gone.. The hotel should be more up front about this to customers. We travel to Turks twice a year and wont take a one bedroom here again. So disappointed !!

The beach was beautiful, the service at the restaurants were wonderful. The Resort is Romantic and beautiful, really a lovely setting .

The pool needed to be cleaner. Not sure if you serve drinks on the beach and take orders at the pool, if so no one came over to take a drink order. That would be a bonus for a 5 star resort and the cost of the rooms.

The breakfast had everything you needed for a buffet breakfast that was included in the booking. Loved the area that breakfast was served and the service was wonderful and friendly.

The rooms and some facilities visibly need to be 'refreshed' ... and an air-conditioned 'on campus' restaurant would be a very nice addition ... since 'Parallel 23' is left 'open', which results in some very 'muggy'/humid meals.

The Palms is located at perhaps the best portion of magnificent Grace Bay Beach. The amenities ... breakfast is great! ... are excellent, and the staff is friendly. Best way to improve is to 'refresh' somewhat dated rooms.

The room door lock was painfully hard to open and locked! The struggle was real daily!

The pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, staffing. Winston plunge Bar was the kindest and welcoming! Janie Sweetney in the Breakfast Garden restaurant stole our hearts. She was so warm, welcoming , friendly and kindhearted EVERY DAY! Janie never ever change her beautiful personality! Clyde at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable! The welcome drink from the concierge was delicious! The concierge was nice

Overall the staff was not exceptionally friendly or exceptionally helpful. The worst part was the water sports staff. They did not seem to want to help. The equipment was poorly maintained. We tried to use a double kayak and found it unusable. The strap supports for the back seat were broken so there was no back support. The front back support was not adjusted correctly and was very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't interested in making the adjustments or getting the repairs done on the kayak. I was there for two days, and the catamarans were not put out to use either day so I did not get to do any sailing on my stay. Other hotels did have their sailboats out on the water both days. I also felt that there was not enough water sports equipment such as floats available for guests to use.

The buffet breakfast with cooked to order omelettes was exceptional and a big selling point of staying at The Palms besides the world famous beach. The beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool was also very good and well maintained. The room was spacious and luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and toilets were clean and comfortable to use.

Rafts or flotation devices for beach. Food for lunch and dinner was ok but certainly not up to par with other hotel restaurants.

The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was good. The service at breakfast was spotty - sometimes good sometimes not. There should have been no expected gratuity at breakfast as it is a complementary buffet.

There was a lot of boat traffic, which was unexpected. Didn't deter anything. Snorkeling was ok, but we're spoiled having snorkeled in the Maldives & Bora Bora.

it was very expensive and felt the rooms were dated for how much it was. no outlets on one side of the bed to charge, chips and damages on all the furniture etc

the resorts main spaces were gorgeous and so easy to walk straight on the beach! the food was good but not great. loved they they had free water bottles to grab!
