United StatesWe had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos — and we were truly treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Every interaction with every staff member was exceptional. The level of service was above and beyond in every way. We were warmly welcomed and checked in by Bendjina, who was so kind — and to our delight, we were upgraded to an oceanfront room! When we walked in, we found “Just Married” balloons, a bottle of champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us. It was such a special touch. The room was beautiful — spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with a stunning ocean view and a balcony with both chairs and a lounger. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the blackout curtains, espresso machine, daily bottled water, and thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and nightly turndown service. The resort itself is immaculate and perfectly located in the heart of Grace Bay. We loved the pools and beach, where the staff was always ready to help us find a spot, set up towels, and bring food and drinks. The complimentary bikes were a fun bonus. While there were children on the property, the adults-only pool made it easy to relax. Every meal we had on-site was excellent. We enjoyed Casa Nonna, Coralli, Noori, and room service — all exceeded expectations. Special thanks to: Front Desk: Bendjina, Rose, Johnnys Valet: Jean, Davaine Beach/Pool: MJ (our guy!), Marley, Javin Coralli: Johanne, Caleb Casa Nonna: Jeff, Sandra Noori: Reni, Osaro, Dayeon And Johannes for his kindness and surprise gesture! We also did the Lady Grace Sunset Cruise with live saxophone — a must! Huge thanks to John, Q, D’Angelo, and Tyrek. We wish we could have stayed forever and will absolutely be back. Five stars all around.

A special touch was the honeymoon welcome in our room, complete with flowers and balloons, which made our arrival even more memorable. Location is amazing! Close to shopping, dining, casino and water sports. The food here has been INCREDIBLE - especially the food on property. Also loved the Lady Grace water sports/dock being on property for convenient excursion access. Must try: truffle fries on the beach, tempura shrimp and Ritz Carlton roll at Noori, Popovers at BLT, overnight oats at Ritual Coffee. While the food is very overpriced, it is expected all over Turks & Caicos.

The views are phenomenal - full glass balconies which allow unobstructed views of one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Property is well maintained and gardens are beautifully groomed. The beach staff are very helpful. Appreciated the cold water, SPF sunscreen and aloe vera stations scattered throughout the grounds for guest use. Complimentary coffee bar in the lobby every morning was a nice touch. Staff standouts- Catiana in reception, Erlie and Theresa at Coralli and Casa Nonna, MJ at the beach and Hyacinth in security leadership.
