Staff, beach proximity to other places for dinner

It only had 1 pool and the workout tok was small. Also it was far from the shopping tourist areas

The rooms were immaculate, and the service was constant and hospitable.

The resort is cozy & quiet . I felt relaxed & comfortable . Loved the oceanfront one bedroom suite . Their beach is gorgeous, clean , & not crowded during the peak season .

There’s only one restaurant , service was slow but the free breakfast was a good option.

The staff was nice.

No internet was down pretty often to the point they would not take caredit card due to system down and this happen a lot. Ugh

Location was great, facility was well kept and clean. The housekeeping services were great as well. There were roaches in the room, which was not ok. I requested it be treated during our stay, not sure if it actually was, but the pests remained the remainder of our stay. Running along the kitchen counters, on the coffee pot, on the dishes, etc.

Some of the staff was great, some were not. The pool was dirty regularly, the room service food was not very good, the restaurant was unpleasant to talk to every time.

Location was perfect. Resort was clean and staff was super friendly.

Breakfast was fair, servers were friendly. Cleanliness wasn't the best and furniture was old.

Clumpy gooey mold in washer unit. Mold smell in one of the apartment rooms. Poop remnant on toilet lid.

We enjoyed our six nights at West Bay Club. All the staff there are very friendly. The hotel is on the small side, you can easily walk to the pool and the beach. We stayed in one of the three bedroom suites, which is huge and has a beautiful scene of the ocean. The bedrooms are large, each has its own bathroom. The suite also has laundry machines and kitchen, which is very convenient for a large family like us.

The hotel feels a little old and we wish the pool and the gym could be larger. We found some stains (maybe lip stick) on the curtain, bed board, bath towel, and one of the bath robes. There are two small restaurants on site, one by the pool and one on the beach. The service at the restaurant by the beach was slow. Breakfast is complimentary but the choice is very limited.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary in Turks and Caicos. While it was a major milestone, we also needed some time for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. From the time we arrived at West Bay Club, the concierge and front desk staff were very welcoming. Of course, we were welcomed with some rum punch, but it was the smiles and courteous service. We arrived a little early, but the resort amenities were available until our room was ready. What an amazing ocean and poolside view!!!! Restaurant Bar was next to the pool, the food was absolutely amazing. Tasteful, colorful and delicious. Let's not forget the Pina Coladas. I have food sensitivity/allergies, however while in Turks and Caico's, West Bay - I didn't have any reactions. The breakfast is included in stay. Let me tell you, amazing! Full breakfast choice. Homemade Omelets. If you are vegan or simply love your vegetables well, you get that too. The ocean view, white sands and sea blue waters is spectacular, short walking distance from the resort with umbrella/lounge already set up. Covered with clean linen. Cabana, ocean side bar and fire pit area. They also can plan a dinner by the beach. I can go on and on. Lastly, the concierge service, beach staff/security, wait staff, housekeeping and chefs: Everyone was warm, welcoming and courteous. I must thank, "Rashana".!!!! I felt like she was the daughter I never had. My husband and I have three sons. She helped us with planning our excursions, anniversary toast and generous heart. Aside from its immense beauty at West Bay Club, the tranquility and diversity of families created a perfect getaway. It wasn't crowded, loud or busy. You felt part of their family. We definitely will be returning and hope to bring our family and friends to join us.

I don't think we could have wanted anything more. The island of Turks and Caicos is fairly pricey. Be prepared to pay a lot more for food, excursions and the like. It is definitely one of the most exquisite places to vacation.

There was nothing I did not like, everything was perfect

Just about everything. The resort is very well kept and inviting. I stayed in the luxury one bedroom oceanfront suite. My room was a dream! Modern Caribbean style and very clean. The view from my balcony was amazing. I felt so comfortable and at home. I appreciate how clean and well kept the bathroom was as well. The pool, dining area, and fitness room were all great additions. The beach area on the backside of the resort is icing on the cake. You’re right on the water with everything you need right at there. It’s very easy to schedule activities with the staff or right on the beach. The best part - There wasn’t one staff member I didn’t love at West Bay Club. The resort is beautiful, but the staff truly make your stay an experience. Roshana, Giovanni, Jaden and Von are some of the best in hospitality in my opinion. They’re golden and should b e duplicated at other resorts/hotels. I felt like family; I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else.

Pristine, quiet, luxurious without being pretentious, beautiful grounds, breathtaking beach, well built & appointed rooms, excellent food, warm & attentive staff.
