The staff isn't very nice. The girls in the reception are GREAT and friendly - the staff at the restaurant and bar, at the pool bar and breakfast waiters are downright rude and uninterested. They treat you like you're in the way. Nonchalant and unfriendly.

The hotel is lovely snd clean, the rooms are GREAT! Comfy beds and clean and beautiful rooms.

We have a pool at our home and our water is crystal clear. The kids said the pool was water was not clear. The pools did not look well maintained either. Some staffs serving outdoor weren't too friendly. Free continental breakfast did not come with much options.

Our room was clean. We liked that we had a kitchen, dining table and washer/dryer. Our kids enjoyed snorkeling. Location is great. The kids enjoyed using the resort's water amenities (paddleboard, etc).

Low water pressure in the shower. Not all but most of the staff is not welcoming but it is very common on the island. Complimentary breakfast consists of a bagel and cold coffee.

Directly on the beach. The room was clean and spacious.

Taxi services were expensive. So, if you wanted to go to another restaurant, it would cost $10 to $15 each way per person.

The hotel is right on the beach. They had 3 pools to swim in, and the staff was great. The reef is right there so you can snorkel and see the fish without having to go on a snorkel trip.

Staff was not super friendly. No attempts were made to engage with guests. Very difficult trying to get front desk to help us with reservations and not much follow through on requests. Wish there was an ATM on site. Instead, hotel offers $100 cash for a $10 fee. Ten percent is pretty steep. Finally, ocean directly in front is a little rocky when first wading in, but only a few steps to the left or right for smooth sand, so not that big a deal.

Pretty property. Well maintained. Samuel at the restaurant was the best. Taxi drivers Stelisa and her dad were both awesome. Breakfast seating location was incredible. Eggs were perfect, and lunch menu was great, especially with the offering of beachside service.

The food options were fine for breakfast and lunch, but for a nicer dinner option, you need to go off the premises.

The unit we stayed in was recently completed and so everything was brand new. The included breakfast exceeded expectations. Service was friendly throughout the resort. The family really enjoyed the available water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding). There was enough for everyone in the family from the younger kids to the adults.

You have to get up down to beach to reserve beach loungers early in morning or you might not get a spot. The food and drinks were expensive but not top notch. Our one-bedroom suite - although beautiful with view - was not worth the high cost. I’d stay in a less pricey room next time since you are at beach all day anyway.

    The beach was gorgeous!

The hotel restaurant isn't great and there aren't many options within walking distance, so be prepared to get a taxi or drive for fine dining.

Unfortunately, I found the staff to be somewhat unfriendly, with only a few exceptions. At times, I hesitated to ask for assistance, which detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel management can address the service issue as it could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The room was nice, spacious, and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The resort is perfectly located right by the best beach ever, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The food was average; it met my basic expectations, but there’s room for improvement.

No restaurants or shops near Windsong. Always have to take a shuttle or if you are renting a car, you are good otherwise it’s a pain. Somewhere cafe next door is ok. We didn’t like customer service so we ended up eating at Windsong all the time. The service at the restaurants is very slow at Windsong and it’s not the same service for everyone. We only got pastries only last day for breakfast in addition to continental breakfast which we suppose to get everyday. Some items they miss adding tofu though we paid for it… It was always freezing in our at night ….ac issue and the team tried continuously to fix it and for that they gave us $100 credit which is nice.

Great property, loved our oceanfront room though pricey. The food is delicious especially cheesy nachos (our favorite). Limited vegetarian menu for lunch and dinner. We had most of our breakfast & dinner at the Dunes ….amazing. Snorkeled at the reef, saw many beautiful fish. Enjoyed hobby cat couple times and kayaked which were all included except you have to rent snorkels. Booked an excursion half day trip though hotel includes snorkeling and iguana island. Awesome tour!! We dropped off my kids at Beaches for a day to enjoy (bought day pass ) . Beaches were sold out for our dates so stayed at Windsong. We are glad we did as at Beaches it was chaos…if you want a nice peaceful vacation, stay at Windsong.

Water pressure/heat was bad. Some servers acted like they didn’t want to be there… didn’t ruin our days tho. Breakfast and on site restaurant is a bit limited

Right in front of the reef. Comfortable and well kept room interiors. Most of servers were friendly.

At times, staff were cold, unfriendly, and downright rude. One staff member even screamed at my husband that he didn't pay for the shuttle to the grocery store when he didn't even know what he was talking about. We had a rental car and drove ourselves around. Waiters on the beach and housekeeping were the only friendly people we encountered. The Wi-Fi was horrible in our room but worked great in other areas of the resort.

The resort was very beautiful, and the water was crystal clear and great for snorkeling. The room was nice and quiet in a pretty setting, and the beds were very comfortable.
