It was good everything was brilliant. I was got in room 214, the last room in the resort. Although the resort wasn't full, the location of the room was inconvenient because of the street.

The pool was very good, privet beach with sun beds very good and the resturant of the hotel have a great food, the room is big beatiful and clean.

Although the music in the hotel is not heard in the room, the hotel is surrounded by many pubs and bars so it’s quite noisy especially at night when they are partying till midnight!

It wasn’t made clear that you had to pay for certain sunbeds/tables around the pool when we arrived. They also tried to scam us out of our 2000bht deposit by hiding an umbrella under the bed and saying we had lost it. We hadn’t touched any umbrellas but luckily I checked under the bed to see the umbrella so knew it was there when they tried to hold our deposit.

The fact is could hear the loud traffic outside and people yelling until 3am. The hotel room requires double windows on the balcony doors so it stops the noise and people can sleep

I do understand it is a beach club, but they should think about noise-proof windows! You can hear from the road live music and from the beach club music very well! It says adults only, but there were children around for breakfast crying and screaming!!

It wasn’t adults only in the day a lot of kids running round the pool area which wasn’t very relaxing. It was also quiet by the pool in the day and evenings.

Lovely clean big rooms, lovely added touches with the free mini bar topped up everyday and the cocktail making drawer. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely

I stayed for 1 night in December, and despite check-in late, the experience was excellent. I was greeted warmly by the staff- Mr. Eve who was genuinely kind and provided outstanding service. He made the check in process smooth and pleasant. The room was modern, new and clean, they do made the guest comfort. Overall , I had the positive experience and would choose to stay here again. Thanks to 79 team for making my stay enjoyable.

Music too loud at the reception area. Could start a bit later with party mode (maybe as of 2pm iso noon...) Breakfast options a bit "over-engineered'. A simple scramble egg with potato and bacon would also work.

Music needs to be better on DJ nights and also the elevator noise was sooo loud as we were staying right next to it and it kept waking us up all hours of the day & night

This hotel is an outright scam. After trying by all means to get a refund for the scam when booking this hotel, I feel compelled to write this review to prevent future guests from falling into this trap. I booked 2 nights at the hotel from August 18 to 20, in which, at the time of booking, it was stated as "ADULTS ONLY" in the filters and hotel description. To my surprise, after many hours of flying, I found that the hotel resembled a mix between a daycare and an electronic music rave. Moreover, the pool area and sunbeds are not for guests only; anyone paying a fee can access them, which means you have to keep an eye on your belongings and the capacity of the facilities is severely limited by people who aren't even staying at the hotel. Seeing this situation, I decided to speak with the manager and request a refund for my two nights of accommodation and to try to find another hotel to stay in, since this hotel is vastly different from what they offer on Booking in relation to reality. And all of this after many hours of flying to enjoy a few days of vacation. In the end, the manager said they cannot process the refund unless Booking authorizes it. So I contacted customer service, and I still haven't received a response to resolve the situation. In conclusion, I had to book another hotel and write this review so that no one else will be affected in the future and to let them know in advance what they will encounter.
