The shower should be improved, a lot of water flows outside and you need a squeegee, but I think it's a construction problem and there's a bad sewage smell in the bathroom and in the corridors

The studio is bigger than it seems on the photos, well equiped, very clean, soundproof (we didn't hear anything, from the neighbours or outside), and with an access direct to the beach (sea very warm). The swimming pool is not bad, but cooler than the sea. The lady which welcomed us was very friendly, nice and useful, she helped us for several things, thanks to her. Many good restaurants at 200m, facing the sea

Pillows need changing as one was lumpy, would be good to have hand towels for the bathroom and a tea towel for drying cups and plates up.

Very quiet area, swimming pool very clean and good to use. Garden area nice to sit In and relax. Great area if you want to have a lot of chilling out time. Apartment well equipped with everything needed. Lots of choice for eating out a bit of a walk away but on the flat. Local 7/11 opposite resturants. Further up from the resturants lovely beach area with sun umbrellas and choice of food and drinks available.

Toilet seat badly stained. Needs replacing asap. Duvet had stains as well as mattress protector. Everything else very clean

Room very spacious and virtually self-contained. Serviced apartment not hotel so no daily room clean. Condo's right on small beach front, very clear water good for swimming. Short walk to the much bigger Mae Phim beach and many restaurants. Bakery on-site serving delicious generous meals, at very reasonable prices

The breakfast was a highlight. A bit of bias as the girl was from the same area as my Wife. Thus we got more information and a friendly reception from her and her Aussie husband.

there's only 1 keycard to get in & out of the bldg. so it's kinda difficult if you go with your family. Not to convenience for there's no vending machine or shop around, you have to drive out to buy stuff or snack. Swimming pools are too small.

- air condition - terrible. fan was too much also at minimum speed. - breakfast - table was available only under the sun. Waitress was impolite and not willing to bring tables under the shadow. We were forced to leave without breakfast.

Excellent accomodation in a very new duplex apartment building with 7 floors, most of the units seem to be privately owned. Our apartment was a spacious corner unit on the 7th floor with splendid sea view from the side. There are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, netflix... and the balcony is huge. A small but nice pool is situated in a shady place, the shower can be immediately used after swimming in the sea with its shore just in front of the compound. The beach was clean and the water very nice for swimming. There´s a very good bakery shop/eatery within the building where guests are served from breakfast until evening hours. Next to the compound there´s the Mercure beach hotel with a nice bar as well as restaurant and there´s a plethora of beach side restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance.

Easy short term apartment rental. The kitchen is fully equipped - with microwave. The main street with a lot of restaurants is in walking distance. It's very quite. The bathroom features a rain shower.

the bed in my room was not very stable.

Cleanliness and management behavior for check-in and out. The room was very very clean and for one night suitable. For a long stay i would prefer a sea view condo if available and a more home feeling decorated apartment. Main area of the village is 5-10 min walking distance away. Overall i can recommend.

Noisy neighbours, walls were paper thin, was offered a discount for our troubles but have received nothing through booking.com
