Very helpful and fruendlt staff, facilities good though no food or beverage , however very convenient location.

One side of the hotel a bit noisy some nights..

The location, the comfortable rooms, and the honest staff! After checkout, the staff contacted me, telling me i forgot money in my room. They managed to send me my money back. Im so thankful, for the integrity of Poo and Doha. Thats why i love the thai culture! See you soon!

The location is good, the staff is rather friendly

They asked us to pay additional 2000 baht deposit fee in case any damage is made, however i was not informed prior so that was a surprise and it was not called for

No breakfast, but good neighborhood, close to treet Town. The staff is amazing

The location is calm and quiet yet walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, malls and markets. My room was always kept spotless and the staff are always smiling and welcoming.

Just an average facility among many others

The noisy air, the noise from AC , the shower pipe that blocked and water accumulated, the front desk staff attitude. The hair of the previous guest folded inside the bedsheets. The proximity to body soap massage facility in front.

Extremely clean and quiet.

The staff members were great. I was always greeted warmly. I asked for a few glasses of ice and they filled a bucket, which was great. The hotel was very clean. The location was nice. The pool was wonderful. The air conditioner kept the room cool.

The electrical outlets were too close to the toggle switch. Every time I tried to plug in my charger, It would turn off the light that it was attached to. I also had issues with hot water in the shower not working, but maintenance had the issue resolved quickly.

The location was great, the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. I had a generally pleasant stay.

The hotel has very poor payment routines. I was charged twice for my stay – once upon check-in and then again automatically via Booking.com. The hotel refused to take responsibility, and I received no written confirmation of their verbal promise to refund me within two weeks. I contacted Booking.com as well, but it took over a week to get a reply, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. In the end, neither the hotel nor Booking.com helped, and I’ve had to file a chargeback through my credit card company. Very disappointing.
