The loft is right next to a restaurant and a beach bar. The restaurant had a new sound system with a lot of bass - which annoyingly came through the walls. However, after we told our hosts, they immediately talked to the owners and turned the bass down. The beach bar is open until 2pm and you can hear the music - i was ok, and even though I’m quite sensitive to noise, I could sleep. However, it is a bit of a downside of an otherwise really awesome location (you can‘t have it all :)) Unfortunately we arrived the day before a heavy three day storm with enormous amounts of rain. For 2 days we had several power cuts, which also affected the water system. Rain started dripping through the ceiling next to the window and the bed. The hosts were trying to do everything they could, and tried to get somebody to repair it immediately but the weather made it hard. All of these problems and problem-solving took away the holiday feeling for 3 days - but the hosts were really communicative and tried to take good care of us during the unfortunate circumstances. They also refunded us one night due to hassle with the water coming through the ceiling. Much appreciated!

Chaloklum is a stunning place, great beaches, quiet town with lovely cafes and restaurants. The loft is just wonderful(the pictures don‘t even do it justice) if the weather is nice, the view and the direct beach access are simply amazing. The facilities are just great. The hosts provided us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the two sunny days we had, I also loved the SUP Board.

Excellent townhouse, and view, beach right off the stairs, enjoyed the paddleboard, Nice kitchen and appreciated the included snacks and drinks, TV/sound system best ive ever had in a rental property! Excellent hosts.

Could do with a little more storage. More suitable for a couple than a family of 4 - one small bathroom.

Fabulous loft in a lovely quiet area of Koh Phangan. A great mix of restaurants very close by as well as multiple 7-11s and massage places within walking distance. Great beach front accommodation. I loved having a cold bath when you needed a break from the sun. Pure bliss!

It’s such a lush vibe. The sound system is ace. The location is ridiculous. This is a seriously nice place to come and celebrate a special birthday. For a family of 4 (twins aged 10) this worked perfectly.

Adika Beach Loft was the highlight of our one-month trip to Koh Phangan. Located directly in front of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, its design and many well-thought-out features truly make this place stand out. New beach house located in one of the nicest areas of Koh Phangan. Great bright design, comfortable bed, spacious with lots of bonuses - like SUP paddle board, 65-inch TV, two bikes and full-size fridge with snacks. Very friendly and responsive owner, 100% recommended!

Wonderful loft with all amenities, very hospitable and polite landlords. This is my 5th time on the island and the most luxurious accommodation in Koh Phangan. My husband and I stayed at Adika Loft for 1 week and then extended for another week. The Loft has a room for children, a dressing room with a safe, beach bags and towels, a bathrobe and yoga mats, a comfortable shower room with a hairdryer and clean white towels; the kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment (dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, toaster, mixer, cooler, etc.). The room has a TV, a table for work, plants grow along all the walls, and a very nice terrace with a very beautiful view of the sea. On the terrace there is a bathroom, a sun lounger and a SUP where you can take a ride on the sea. Cleaning 1 time in three days. There are also 2 bicycles that you can ride or drive to the nearest shop or 7 eleven. To the left of the Loft is a restaurant where you can order food to the Loft. Near the Loft there are many restaurants, a billiard room, sell fruits, etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Adika -The beachfront Loft! Thank you!!!
