The bed made weird sounds during certain activities, and airco above the headrest of the bed is a no for me. Layout of the room is also kind of weird, although it's very spacious, most of the space is unutilised, since the comparatively big TV is pointed at the bed, so most of the time you'll be on the bed relaxing.

The staff is friendly and helpful, also helped us rent a scooter. Location is really good, nice and quiet area. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby and also laundry place. Breakfast only 100baht - you can choose 1 main dish and fruits/toast and coffee/tea are buffet style. Shower really good.

About 1km on foot from Chanthaboon waterfront and the tourist restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can order a grab car (not many in town so there may be a bit of waiting time) or perhaps ask the staff for a songthaew. There are no tuk tuks in Chanthaburi. For breakfast, there is a small buffet for bread and jams, and then you have to choose among 3 options (2 Thai and 1 western). The western one was a disappointing with cold hotdog sausages, 1 half cooked fried egg and gross looking ham. It should be improved.

New, modern, clean and spacious rooms in a big business hotel in a quiet part of town. Big parking for those coming with cars. Staff speaking english. Little grocery shop nearby. Free use of coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine.

Central city location with quiet locale.the hotel is modern, very clean and well managed. Larger room with a good sized bathroom. Large work desk and love seat in the room. Good airconditioning and hot water shower with a shower curtain. Large parking area with covered parking spaces.

Everything. Very modern and clean for a start. Excellent staff, very polite and good English (better than my Thai). To me, a lovely location with some up market new residences being built. Restaurants within several hundred metres for all of your meals. Excellent value from my perspective.

Just nick picking here but There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however this was substituted by the unlimited free hot drinks you could could get from the machine in the room by reception. The other issues I had was in regards to the room was towards the door. It seemed the door was to small for the doorframe, which meant the light from the corridor was rathar annoying when your in bed in pitch black as the light does creep through - easy issued solved by me thigh was to put my bag at the bottom to block the light and then hunt some t shirts off the door frame and door handle but it may help out for anyone in future to have like a curtain or something in from of the door to block out the gaps between the door and the doorframe👌

The hotel was so clean, which was good and omg the comfiest bed I've stayed in in the whole time I've visited Thailand!!! (4th time!!), the reception staff were amazing so shout out to them 👌, it's also walking distance from the waterfront and the cathedral 👍
