For me, it’s a bit far from Ao Nang Beach. They do provide a shuttle van to the Ao Nang.

A small, but not insignificant, number of guests were unnecessarily rude to the staff here. The staff were lovely and attentive and deserve the respect of all of their guests. The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey, though not excessive (particularly considering the quality of the hotel and the bar area).

We loved the added quirk of the ecological aspect to this hotel, with the vegetable garden and some effort to reducing waste and environmental impact - all whilst still being a top-quality place to stay. Out of all the hotels we stayed in, this was one of the best - and the breakfast here was the best. The selection of food, juices and hot drinks is huge, for an egg station for made-to-order dishes. If you're into poolside and relaxing holidays, you could stay for many nights here and not get bored. The pool was large, quiet, well equipped with places to lay, and a bar. There is a free, hourly shuttle running down to Ao Nang beach from 1000-2100 (excluding 1400 and 1600). Water filters to refill your bottles up and save plastic. Such a comfortable stay, we would return!

Anana is a great place to stay if you want to be a bit away from uninspiring Ao Nang. The staff is very friendly and makes your stay very pleasant. Prices of food and trips are a bit higher then in Ao Nang itself but it’s easy to use the free shuttle and eat somewhere else (about 10x p/day). Also it’s easy to book a Bolt to make your way around. The rooms are great with nice views and the swimming pool is a pleasure. In general Anana is a good and affordable choice for Ao Nang but we won’t recommend going to this busy And unattractive touristic hot spot at all. But if you go: do the dragon crest hike, a true gem! And visit Klong Muang beach which is much better then the one in Ao Nang (and overcrowded Railay)

Bed and the pillows. Both were not as comfortable as it should be. If they will change then then this hotel will be super awesome. Also the shuttle last time should be till 10pm

The only issue I had was that the TV remote didn't work. Otherwise, everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff was the best part of my stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. I would reccomend this place if you want to get away from all of the noise closer to the main area in Ao Nang

This a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Krabi area. Free shuttle bus down to Ao Nang beachfront was a bonus. Staff were super helpful and friendly. And restaurants were great with good choice of food for all the family.

really wonderful staff in a quieter location off the main strip in ao nang. the hotel itself was beautiful with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and the most gorgeous swim up bar in the pool. would highly recommend, great value for money and would definitely come back if we were in krabi!

The pool bar and roof top bar were unfortunately not operating which was not disclosed before booking (but the bar 20m from the pool was) probably due to the low season, but that was a bit of a bummer. We wished the morning yoga class was every day :) A few more vegetarian meal options would be appreciated!

The pool area was lovely and super relaxing. Drinks offered were very good and the food as well. Breakfast was amazing!! The hourly shuttles to town are also very convenient

The bedsheets were dirty, but the response was an upgrade to a bigger and better room, therefore this did not affect our stay.
