This place is just perfect. Out of the chaos but still close enough to get anywhere comfortably. Moonlight, the owner, is the nicest lady, always ready to help in case you need anything. Really really good value for money. And a good variety of choices of accomodation: from Dorm, to single rooms with shared bathroom, from single rooms with private bathroom, to private bungalows. I recommend Ananas Hostel to anyone coming to Koh samui and looking for a little hidden gem, because that is what this hostel is.

Moonlight was an amazing host and my room was ready before check in. For the price, it was a large room with everything I needed and the pool is amazing. There is a well stocked kitchen and a couple of restaurants and 7/11 in walking distance. It offers a more peaceful stay as no partying nearby, but you can rent scooters here to see the island. Lomprayah offer a shuttle from the ferry for 150baht which was perfect and Moonlight dropped me back for a much cheaper price, than grabs. She was a kind lady who made me feel welcomed and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you :)

We were there during the low season and in that time it was not a very social hostel but we still met nice people. It is quite far from the busy area but with a scooter it’s ok :)

It is a family run accommodation and the owner were very friendly and sweet. They were very helpful and flexible to make our stay the best as possible. It was very clean and the bathroom was cleaned everyday. This is a great place if you are looking for some calm time or work remote. There was a microwave and a fridge that you could use.

The location may not be in the busiest part of Koh Samui, but it's in the best. Quiet, but surrounded by all the beautiful beaches you can easily get to with a scooter rented from Ananas. The pool is really nice for a morning or evening swim. The owner is super nice and helpful, and they have a cab service that's cheaper than grab. There's a nice kitchen for cooking but also good local restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was perfect. The host lady was very sweet. The whole place was clean, we loved the pool, the small kitchen and refrigerator came good on our 10 days trip staying at Ananas Samui Hostel. We loved the location too. It was very peaceful and relaxing. One recommendation, definitely need a scooter to get around the island. We had an awesome time and would come back again.

It is nice small hostel far away from party side of an island. Lady and guy are taking good care of their guests. You can rent a scooter there - recommended. 10-15 min away 7/11, and few restaurants. Nearby really nice „Cool Bar” at the beach. Guy took us to ferry and show where to check in and where to go. If you look for peace and quite place its perfect.

Great little hostel in a really quiet area of Koh Samui away from the crowds. Lovely owner who is so kind and helpful! Use of shared kitchen and a fabulous swimming pool. Room was bright and very clean!
