Very disappointed to have been notified on the day of arrival that the pool area would be shut under construction for the majority of our stay - especially as we booked the hotel mainly because it had a pool and therefore willing to pay more than a hotel without one. It was too late for us to last minute book a different hotel after receiving this message so late. We extended another week for when construction was due to be finished but the pool continued to be shut the whole 2 weeks we were there, surpassing the date massively that we were told it would be ready. Such a shame!! Secondly our shower was broken and even after notifying reception nothing was done to fix it so we just had to put up with a shower which sprayed in all directions for the whole time. Overall an amazing hotel but disappointed with the dishonesty around the pool area construction and attentiveness to issues with the room!

Comfortable, modern spacious room with everything you need for a great stay, plus you can’t get a better located hotel for fitness street - the hotel is right in the middle of the street so the gyms, & healthy restaurants are right on your doorstep. Staff were very friendly!

The room was very spacious and we had direct access to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped so we made our own breakfast. Super clean.

Stayed just over a month and encountered 4 not-small cockroaches #roommates Kitchenette sink does not have hot water…so boil the kettle to re-clean anything previously used to capture cockroaches TVs are extremely dated and not much bigger than a computer monitor, haven’t changed since my first visit in 2017; really these rooms need 55” wall-mounted/elevated flat screens.

The TV was outdated (not a smart TV, The wi fi was slow and inconsistent, there wasn’t a laundry basket in the room.

They didn’t have the bathroom window leading to outdoors where all the bugs could get in. That was a bonus.

This hotel is not for a family. It's aimed at the hardcore fitness freaks as there are only gyms in that road and 90% of the people are coming there to train. It's like training camps. Also it's very far from the beaches and costs quite a penny to take a taxi everytime and especially if you are more than 5 people as it means a normal taxi won't work. In short it's a nice hotel but but not if you going there to enjoy Phuket.

Clean friendly had everything i needed, if i needed anything special I asked and they got it to me right away. Washer and drying facilities were also very helpful to have on site
