NetherlandsThe only bad thing about this beautiful resort is the fact that at one point you have to go back home. Beyond the place being a little piece of paradise is the fabulous staff! Everyone of them (I will not mention names for fear of leaving one out) went out of their way and beyond to make our second stay even better than the first one. The kitchen is mouthwatering, the cocktails are to die for and the whole atmosphere is one to relax to the max. We were moved to tears at arrival and at our farewell. . Khop Khun Krap 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 dear people of Andalay, my wife, my girls and I sincerely hope we can return one day and see you all again. Take care of each other and of this wonderful piece of paradise on earth. ❤️🙏🏽

ArgentinaIt’s beyond the hotel responsability, but there’s a herd of stray dogs on the island. They fight every night and get hurt, very noisy at midnight and heart breaking if you are a dog lover.

The absolute perfect holidays. We LOVED staying here, I have never felt more relaxed. Particularly loved the attention to detail in the design of the rooms, the fact that it's a fairly small hotel, the staff, the beauty of the island (not touristic at all). 10/10. Cannot recommend more.

DenmarkWe stayed at the Family Luxury House, which was very nice. However, there was a bit of noise in the morning as it is located above the resort’s motorbike shed and close to the entrance.
It’s a wonderful resort! The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the island is a smell gem with plenty of deserted beach stretches, jungle and a few local villages.

Had a fantastic albeit short (4 nights) stay at Andalay. We felt very welcomed from the get go - hotel's personel was great. Very attentive & helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed at the Family Botanical House (upper floor) and loved it. Rooms are large, comfy, well equiped and bear no sign of wear. The restaurant serves really good Thai & international food (both for breakfast and a la carte). While it is pricier than in offsite restaurants, the quality is there. Be sure to stroll around the island too - we really liked it as well. A must repeat!

United KingdomWe loved our days at Andalay Beach Resort. The room was large and comfortable with a big balcony and plenty of seating. We had welcome fruit on arrival. Beach towels, snorkeling equipment and kayaks were supplied free and there were plenty of sun loungers around the resort, the pools and the beach. Food was good with a varied choice and the breakfast lovely. So much mango!! 😍😍 The Emerald Cave on Koh Mook is definitely worth a look and we also had a tour round Libong. As so many other reviews say - the employees make this place. They are super friendly and relaxed but at the same time professional. You feel you're in safe hands. A memorable experience.

SwedenThe use of plastic disposals. Fx forks, straws. I would also like to suggest making one pool area into an adult only zone. During our stay there were a lot of children and sometimes it was a bit hard to relax.
Wonderful resort! Everything excellent. Staff exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner service - very good. The room was of generous size and wonderfully decorated. Also loved our balcony, on the second floor. The premises hosts two pools and the surroundings are very lush and green. Free bicycle rental.

DenmarkIts really not a bad thing but portion sizes were big in the restaurant. Would be great with smaller sizes so you could order a few things.
The atmosphere is fantastic. Green everywhere, two pools, all the rooms feel private. We stayed at a family room which was spacious and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. You have bikes and kayaks available for free. You can rent a tuktuk to drive yourself at a good price. Beach is beautiful.

United KingdomLibong is a small island and not much to do outside the resort - not a dislike - more a comment.
The staff at this resort were some of the best we have ever encountered - they couldnt do enough for you. We had an issue and it was resolved so quickly and they went over and above. Nee and her staff were amazing! The breakfast had a very big choice and was delicious and you could sit outside by the beach - lovely view. The rooms were spacious and bathroom too. We did a tour around the island with a tiktuk driver and we saw how beautiful the island is - the staff organised this and our return to the ferry.
