The bathrooms in the swim out rooms could use a little freshen up.

We stayed for 7 nights in a pool access room. Great room, excellent access to the pool, helpful and friendly staff, and amazing breakfast included in the price on booking.com. The resort is in great quiet location, but super close to the beach and walking distance to the madness of the busy areas and bangla road. Request a room away from the water fountain feature though, it’s very loud and kids love to play in it. But the staff were amazing and helped us move to a quieter room away from the fountain after our first night. We would definitely stay here again.

We had issues with fridge cord coming out and fridge turning off and one night we came back to a lot of bugs in the bed but a very helpful staff member did change our bedding for us and no further issues

At the hotel, a deposit was required for almost everything. There were warning signs on items like umbrellas and in-room amenities, stating charges like 300 or 500 baht if taken. Even for the pool towel, they gave out a card, and if you lost it, you had to pay a fee. While this might be a common practice in Thailand and I don’t criticize it too harshly for that reason, I personally found it uncomfortable and a bit off-putting.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Although it’s subjective, I found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. However, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Bangla Street. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

The single roll out beds for an extra person in the room were very hard. It also took a fair while for them to confirm that an extra bed for our room would be available and wanted us to wait til the day of arrival and in the hope one was available. Flying internationally and hoping for the best is not convenient.

The cleaning was not good even the last Day we found cockroac in the room I informed the staff in the reception abut that she said we are sorry about that and it’s your last day maybe the cockroach want to say Goodbye bye to you !!!! Also the staff in the pool was very rude. The place is very nice but because the staff I don’t think I will go back again

Excellent Location and Great Stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Patong Beach. Our room had a spacious balcony with an amazing view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Scooter parking was convenient and hassle-free, and we found it easy to book great tours just outside the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

The property was amazing nice and clean , the only downfall is that u only get 2 teabags an 2 coffee sachets an sugars a day and 2 creamers, we asked for more creamers and they weren’t very happy to give any extra, got a 5 star hotel that was not good value for your money

There is no balcony for room but we understand hotel giving a dryer. İtis possible to install a outside dryer where the window side.
