The unit was not provide table cloth. I requested and the staff told me use DISH SPONGE instead to wipe the table. I spill the water and use dish sponge to clean the spill water?

It is not a hotel! Actually intended for long-term tenants. Means that during your stay, the room won't be cleaned, the bed won't be made, the garbage won't be picked up, etc. Key handover at least on site but you had to follow an illustrated route in LINE and then write that you are there. Then someone came. Just wasn't a good feeling after a long journey into the night. The couch in front of the bed looked worn and was quite hard (you could feel the steel frame when you sat down). Cupboard doors in kitchen partially damaged/dented. Floor already damaged due to carelessness of the many previous tenants or incorrect cleaning.

The room and furnishings were absolutely clean. The view directly onto the beach and the sea was great. Except for the barking dogs, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The view from the room was to the north, so there was no direct sunlight (no heating of the room). Large TV with HDR. Rice stove, microwave etc. available. Fast WiFi. Very comfortable bed. No smell.

The wardrobe in the bathroom. The pipe work that I reported did not get fixed until it was too late after two days came back to the bathroom, flooded as the pipe had bust. I reported again and informed them that it flooded the floor in the bathroom and the main bedroom. I had to mop it and dry the floors. The repair was done the next day. I informed them of the floor the bedroom was damaged. Also, the furniture needs to be replaced. The small coffee table is unstable. I could not place anything on this. The chairs only one was safe to use. One lift was out of order for days.

No facilities can be availed in emergency or you can't get even water , no room service . No help from managers of the building. You need to manage yourself everything based on need. You check in yourself and you checkout yourself .

I really don't like housekeepers. She was action very rude and very bad. I never seen staff who terrible as her before. She is the one thing I and my friends very failed for this trip.

However, it was disappointing to find that some of the furniture was partially broken and appeared quite dated. Despite this drawback, the charm of the surroundings and the comfort of the room made for a pleasant experience overall!

The view to the ocean was absolutely perfect from 32th floor. We enjoyed our stay. The picturesque view from the window and the overall ambiance of the room truly captivated us.

Pillows are uncomfortable. The floor was broken after a water damage prior to our arrival. Unpleasant to walk on the dried but split tiles. AC fan also sometimes noisy.

We booked a 2 bedroom appartment with my elderly parents and were given 2 single apartments on different floors (u cannot access other floors...only the one u are staying in). As my parents are 89 and 85 and from the UK this caused massive communication headaches. The rooms need refreshed. An almost new condo should not look this tired (curtains dont connect etc) To provide one cup for coffee is just stupid....they are double rooms !! It is also annoying to have to call Shanghai to collect a key from house maids

Nice apartment. Convenient location to dine in 3 mermaids...high floors offer great sunset views over the ocean. Clean but needs some TLC.

A sitting comfortable chair or even armchair was not available but there is plenty of space for one. The sofa/bed may have been ok for pulling out and sleeping on but was dreadfully uncomfortable to sit on. It may be functional at best but is not comfortable in the least. The impractical bench beneath TV serves very little purpose and looks cheap as well. A cabinet would be far better. There is no coffee table and 2 chairs available on the balcony, nothing to sit on. The two sitting chairs inside are just awful, uncomfortable and also look cheap. The TV channels were overly biased towards Thai channels. Only one English speaking channel and it was CGTN. Given that English is a global language now with many countries able to speak English as a second language, it was disappointing not to be able to stay in touch with International News and Sports. E.g. BBC, Al Jajeera, FOX, etc. Especially when important global events and significant disasters are taking place on a daily bases. This condo is attracting a diversity of global travelers, and English being the most common language among them it would be advantageous and beneficial for all concerned if there was at least some attempt by the condo owners to meet those traveler needs. Making available a few more English speaking channels would make a big difference.

Loved the fantastic view and reasonable sized balcony. Kitchen was adequate but needs space for putting away cutlery and dishes. Only one coffee mug and no teaspoons. Great washing machine but then very little space to hang things on to dry. Bathroom is spacious, clean and works well. A hand towel would be useful. The Smart TV was good. Wifi is excellent.

The location is very far from everything happening. Im fact the nearest shop is 5 minutes walk and it's uphill walk. And it's hard to find a taxi at late. It's very far from happening area.

There is really nothing that I didn’t like but you should be aware that this is a condo NOT hotel.

The location is great if you generally like to stay in the area. But if you plan to spend more time in central or north side of Pattaya, this maybe a bit too isolated.

Although it was a nice apartment, I didn't feel like I could fully relax. There were signs everywhere warning you about things! Don't do this, don't do that! For an apartment that's less than 12 months old, it seemed quite worn. Expected a bit better for the money we were paying. We had no WiFi the entire time we stayed there.

Beautiful sea view! modern apartment. The building had amazing facilities. The rooftop pool, the gym, the study and the sauna were awesome.
