We had a very nice stay at Annahouse! Very clean spacious room with a stunning view to the mountains and rice fields, nice common area to chill, super kind staff who are always ready to help, they even prepared breakfast for us when we left early to the airport. Thank you!

Nothing much to say, maybe a motorbike rental and laundry service at the property could have been even more helpful, but this is a minor thing. It’s easy to get around with Grab. :)

Lovely couple running the place! Very friendly and kind. Despite initial trouble with payment option not being available (booking said credit card not needed, but didn’t say only cash accepted, so we thought like many times before with our bookings, we can just pay with card once we arrive, but they only take cash). All sorted and they were good about it. Room was nice and clean and comfy!

Nice location, friendly people

We had the most wonderful experience staying at AnnaHouse in Chiang Rai with our two young kids. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for families. The property is not only stunning but also incredibly kid-friendly—our children were free to explore, play, and truly enjoy the natural surroundings in a safe and beautiful environment. A special shoutout to Noor at the café, whose kindness and warmth made every visit to the café feel like a treat. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We are also deeply grateful to Kanika, the owner, who is an exceptional host. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, genuine care, and hospitality made a big difference and added warmth for our kids made it special. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend AnnaHouse to anyone traveling to Chiang Rai, especially with young children. Thank you for the magic! — Bonny & Family

Very friendly staff.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean, fragrant. Beautiful view of the rice fields. Water at the door every day. Breakfast included, quite rich and always welcomed with a smile, you can have breakfast and watch the fish below you. Price of the acc was really low for this awesome quality.

The hotel is quite far from the center so it was pity that the hotel does not provide scooters or at least any shuttle to the airport or bus. But you can rent it in centre and take bolt there. Blue temple is 25 minutes walk.

The breakfast was good, proximity to the laundry, and restaurant ; The blue temple is just 5 min away. The room was very clean. Really well priced for what you get, definitely recommend! Plus you get a view of the rice field aand the hosts are lovely! Thanks 🙏

Maybe the only thing I could say was the early morning noise from the room next to us during our last night.

I love it so much I extended the stay twice. The hosts are super helpful and attentive, going out of the way to help me.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Bed very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room has a fridge, kettle and TV. WIFI was good as well. The breakfast is a buffet with fruit, toast, eggs, sausages, tea and coffee. It is a little way out of Chiang Rai centre so scooter/car is recommended. There are shops nearby on the main road. Nice quiet location as well. Recommend for singles/couples.

Very friendly staff, nice room with a lovely view. Great breakfast everyday. Peaceful location but not too far from conveniences or centre of town with a Grab.

Shower wasn’t very hot & there was loud bass music some nights coming from outside the property (not on the property) which played till late.

Clean Bedroom with large double bed. Little balcony with beautiful view on rice fields and mountains. Quite a few birds around. Not far from the town centre and attractions

Not enough shelves, drawers or cupboards in bathroom and bedroom. No table or desk either which would be a plus.

The lady staff during the day took an extra step in taking care of my elderly mother, which is a pleasant surprise. The owner was also kind for taking her time to take care of us while having breakfast.

A bit noisy early in the morning when other guests were checking out.
