Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were so helpful our room wasn't quite damp/musky. Air con dehumidifier wasn't clearing the air. Staff quickly sided checked the room and free upgrade. The breakfast was okay close proximity to everything. Bars/restaurants 7/11 straight across the road 5 min walk to Sky Train

SingaporeLiterally no wi-fi in one of the room. There are routers in the Master bedroom but wi-fi was unstable. Also the bathroom drainage was bad. Inconsistency of the late check out pricing. We have to forgo the late check out as we were quoted 3 different pricing by different people.
Good location as the BTS is about 5mins walk from hotel. Shopping mall and restaurants are nearby. Mini bar are complimentary and the rooms are clean.
