Location to the strip

Water pressure for cost of the room….as I paid for the best room in the hotel

The worst place to sleep Party till late and you will never sleep from the noise I ask the reception 3 times to fix my shower and after i beg they finally fix However its nice place to party and enjoy the pool but the worst place to sleep and stay in I dont recommend at all

Location was great, in the centre of Chaweng. Bed was very comfortable, view was great from the room overlooking the pool and sea. Food from restraunt was also nice.

Although staff were initially welcoming, on the day of check out we were sat around the pool on chairs before we were leaving the hotel and kept getting stared at and pointed from several members of staff. After 20 minutes we were told we could not have our own water on the premises which is understandable but this should have been mentioned instead of being stared at. After getting In the pool I was approached and asked if I was staying at the hotel I explained I had and was going to check out.

Its location ocean front and close to everything, the rooms are really nice , good size, very comfortable , nice decoration , soft bed

Very noisy,AC was too small for the room to cool down.No hot water and water pressure was very very less.

Great party hotel. If you are in the mood of course.

All the staff was great except a guy named 'Arnold' at the swimming pool who aggressively and several times asked us if we were guests of the hotel.

Very old , noisy till late night and zero sound isolation , zero privacy , the towels was very old and in use since very long time , the room wasn’t cleaned properly , check out very early at 11:00 , one of my items was lost and the management refused to check the cameras ,

Good location and surprisingly very quiet room despite the nightlife at Arkbar. I would recommend staying here as there are options for families and couples along with a good in-house dining, kids pool, adult pool, and in-house boutiques, hair dressers, and massage.
