Excellent receptionist service, very helpful. Also other staff were nice. The room was confortable and nice. The location is near supermarket, restaurants, laundry and motorbike services. As well, close to the beach with the motorbike. Despite being in the main road you don't listen any sound of the street from the room.

The room had dust in the night tables.

Friendly staff and free shuttle

Great and spacious room, plenty of place to store your stuff. AC works very well. They can clean your room as often as you want and refreshen your water. The breakfast downstairs was honestly nice, for 99baht you get quite some food + coffee/tea + water. We found at the top of the first level of stairs an area with free snorkeling goggles and there was a pair that actually worked and helped a lot. (as a tip, you can rent your scooter from Oli's Motorbike rental and there you will get a snorkeling set - so if you are 2 people you dont need to rent/ buy snorkeling goggles cuz you get 1 from the hotel if you are lucky to find it, and one from the scooter rental). The staff is nice as well. The location is super good. Totally recommend!!!

you do not pre-pay for the room online - you have to pay at the location and they only accept cash, quite a pitty, so be prepared ...

Only bad point is the soundproofing, you can hear almost everything (especially the tv and kids...)

We loved our stay here. Big rooms and good common area with board games. We loved that we could borrow a picnic blanket and snorkel for the beach. We also hired a scooter for our stay and it was great, no issues there. Staff were simply wonderful - so kind and helpful. The shuttle bus was so handy. Restaurant and shop literally next door with good prices. Be sure to try to icecream shack outside the shop! We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for having us :)

The only negative would be the lack of natural light in the room.

Transfer from and to the peer for free

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They happily helped to book a taxi when I needed. The motorbike rental is really easy and good price. Restaurants and shops near by. The rooms are really spacious. If you have a motorbike the location is great, very short journey into town.

The bathroom was really run down and smelt damp.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our time here. The rooms were really large and very comfortable and we slept great here. No kettle in the room but there is breakfast included so hot water/drinks available from 7am in the shared dining area along the corridor. Great location with many cafes/restaurants in easy walking distance, in a quieter part of Koh Tao. They do free pickup/drop off on the island, and we were able to hire a scooter here for a great rate. The lady working in the main office was extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast included was very limited (egg and bread, or cereal) and we didn’t end up having it at all, as we are vegan and no options available. There is a small balcony but not big enough to sit and relax on

Lovely staff, has a cheap supermarket next door and lots of dive shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk south. In the other direction it’s a 20 minute walk to the main ferry port and all the shops and facilities near there. The room was spacious and clean

The bedside tables and plug sockets were too far away from the bed to use them easily, and also there was no kettle in the room so we had to go down to the kitchen to boil water for coffee etc

Great location, 15 minute walk from Chalok bay and it's dive schools, supermarket and restaurant downstairs is super handy, and the laundry woman just round the corner made it a super convenient place to stay. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy and were lovely and clean and the staff are all super friendly. Cheap bike rental for guests too, they even came and picked us up from high moon cafe when we had a flat tyre and brought us back and sorted us with a new bike. Great value for money all round!
