I would say if you struggle to go upstairs the steepness of the stairs will give you a challenge. It's a steep grade. I was fine but 20 years from now might have found it hard

Bathroom was a bit dirty and had a few tiles missing off the sink. Fridge was a bit mouldy.

Convenience. Very close to the pier and center. Located right in front of a big 7eleven where I could pass by anytime if I need something. Staff is lovely.

No lift so hard to get to 3rd floor. Bathroom was very outdated. Not the comfiest beds. Only clean after 3 days of being there. Air con temperamental.

Good location - opposite 7/11. Very basic but solid gestures (air on was good, tv was good, shower pressure/temp was good).

There was an island wide power cut during our stay. Unfortunately, this seemed to affect the water too, as after this, once the power was back on, the shower did not have any pressure and would not get hot at all. The room was very small. Sound seemed to travel easily, especially with other guests coming back late at night

The location was good as it was a short walk to the pier and beach.

would recommend choosing air con room if available. only had fan availability when we booked, was very warm and stuffy and didn’t sleep well (not a problem was aware of this when booking)

Good location, right across from 7-11 and near ferry and lots of restaurants. clean and comfy rooms. Hot water and Wi-Fi both good. Shared bathrooms kept clean. Perfect if your on a budget

can’t comment much on the property as there was an overbooking issue however the host was amazing and sorted everything out without any hassle at all and moved us to what was actually a room upgrade in a location just around the corner from the original booking so all worked out better for us, host kept us updated and informed via WhatsApp and was great to talk to in person as he actually seemed interested in what we were up to on our trip

shared toiltes are horrible (on 4th floor): - literally no idea where to hang towel, or toilet paper or shampoo (everything is wet, or dirty and I didn't want to place my clean towel on top of the wc) - broken wc (if they want, very easy to fix....) - sinks broken and/or dated - always almost no toilet papers

good location comfortable bed and pillows nice view (we had a room on 4th floor, sea view) deck, chair and wardrobe free refill water clean room every 3days hot shower close to 7/11 and main road, but not noise

Bathroom was not the cleanest, shower got warm but not much pressure. We didnt have our room cleaned or towels changed once in our 4 nights stay.

Good location, walkable from the ferry docks. Near a great moped shop and across from 7/11. Beds were comfy although very small. Fridge in room. Luggage hold and laundry service available. Great basic room for the price.

The room was a touch small. Bed was very firm so not that comfy. Shower head was fixed quite high and lots of flies got into the bathroom (we just kept the door closed).

For the price we paid it was exactly what we expected a budget room. A decent location close to the port, but 25 mins from bars in Sairee beach. Hotel staff were helpful. Shower was good. Room also had a fridge.

Lack of cleaning the rooms- only happens after three days.

Perfect for the cost, clean bedroom, great aircon and not noisy considering it’s on the main road. Our boat was cancelled so we were a day late and they were really understanding.

They never emptied our trash bin in the 3 nights we were here. The second day we asked for new towels, but they said they ran out of towels. The tap was loose. The bed was hard.

Maybe to be in a flat in Koh Tao is not the best experience, but it was convenient for us.

Good size of the room, good price for ac room, nice views from our room. It was rainning a lot so it was good to have netflix too. Clean.

No toilet paper. Make sure to bring your own. Didn't try to ask them cause I had one in my bag. How wet I believe they would give you.

For the price and lack of Avalibilty in the end of the year I found it comfortable. You have AC, Hot water, clean two towels, TV and curtains. Bed is clean. Soaps and shampoo. Location is great I think it's the best location for places I've been here. Close to the seven eleven. Laundry service.

Bit far from the main strip in koh tao but not a problem if you rent a bike

The noise. Unfortunately it is quiet noisy from the main road and guests talking in the corridors. I had a room right next to reception, so probably was the noisest room.

Central basic rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed, fridge, tv, no kettle but hot water and coffee outside. Great hot water shower with pressure.
