Very friendly staff and comfortable room

My toilet seat was broken. Other than that everything was functioning

AC was very good, and the room was clean, comfortable and had a TV. The en-suite was quite clean too. Staff were helpful and there’s bag storage for before and after checkout. Location is ideal as it’s slightly away from the busy street but still very close to everywhere. Lovely view from the room too.

The shower drain didn’t work so the bathroom remained flooded for a little while. There were signs of aging especially in the bathroom but it wasn’t bad enough to make the place feel less clean.

Price.

500 THB key deposit is totally unnecessary and inconvenient. Staff reluctant to allow early check in despite many rooms already clean and available.

I would say if you struggle to go upstairs the steepness of the stairs will give you a challenge. It's a steep grade. I was fine but 20 years from now might have found it hard

you can walk easily from the main port. right opposite a 7/11 which is useful.

Overall quite a unpleaseant room. It was small, sheets were stained, bathroom was grimy and smelly, and the air conditioning didn't work so we just had a fan.

Good fan and AC, big TV. Bed was clean and a good central location.

Bathroom was a bit dirty and had a few tiles missing off the sink. Fridge was a bit mouldy.

Convenience. Very close to the pier and center. Located right in front of a big 7eleven where I could pass by anytime if I need something. Staff is lovely.

The location is the only positive thing for this hotel.

The bathrooms / shared showers unless you have a ensuite room on the ground/1st floor, are on the fourth floor. They were not clean, we saw a cleaner there and she didn’t wipe the sinks which had grime growing around the sink. Our original booking was on the fourth floor- no AC just a fan. Very warm. The bed was hard and the room was basic. As there was no other accommodation on the island we requested to upgrade from the second night on. We move downstairs to a room that had AC and ensuite at an extra cost and in our opinion too pricey, but we had no choice as it was very warm.

The location is fine, staff was friendly.

The room was very old, but it’s ok as we paid 20€ a night so we didn’t expect anything modern. However, all the bedsheets and towels have traces of use. But the worst thing was the shared toilet, it was a nightmare. the sewer was clogged, so the experiments were floating in all the toilets. Toilets and showers are combined. You come to the hotel and have to take off your shoes, but you don't wash your feet, so all the dirt from the street ends up in your bed. One of the worst hotels in my life, although we always travel on a budget.
