Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. We had suite with pool attached to room which was super. Our children shared a twin room which was quite small and the felt they had no privacy for changing as there was not a bathroom, just a shower and toilet cubicle.

Rooms AC didn't really work ok and with the humidity it got very stuffy inside the room. Breakfast was quite bad too.

Perfectly located, the staff is great. The hotel is comfortable and well taken care of. We had a room with access to the pool and it was great for relaxing after the beach.

It was perfect, we booked the villa, totally worth it. If you can, book this type of room. The best view - upper floor. Beds are super comfy and we had monkeys as neighbors all the time, it was super fun. Just don't leave food or drinks outside 😄🤷🏻‍♀️

There was no need to change the towels every day, and it wastes a lot of water. Many other hotels only change when the towels are on the floor, and I think this is a good idea especially given the difficulties of bringing supplies to Railay.

We had a very comfortable stay in the corner room on the third floor, and delighted in the breakfast every morning. I wish there were more cooked vegetarian options available, but the breakfast salad bar (and heart shaped fried eggs!) were a great touch.

The 5-10 min walk to the hotel from the west side of the island (where we were dropped off) wasn’t fun with all our luggage, but that’s just me being a princess

Incredible stay. HUGE bed and smart TV with Netflix etc. Great location, right next to the pier which you typically leave Railay from. Definitely worth the money

Architectural direction and positioning of the rooms minimised the noise from the longtail boats... in fact I did not notice them whilst there. I loved the double daybed on the balcony. Again, the positioning of the build gave maximum shade during daytime hours. There was a heatwave in addition to the exceptional temperatures!

Rooms all face each other with the pool in between. The beach is not a swimming beach.

Nice resort on Railay east. Quieter and well decorated. Rooms were big and comfy, balcony has a nice day bed.

I think in a few years the hotel will fall apart. Maintenance is needed to the pool and roof.

Air con was a little noisy- but if you have ear plugs it’s fine.

The one thing that changed from the first time I went to Avatar was that they used to have an egg station at breakfast, which was great. This time round they didn't, and actually, the breakfast in my opinion had gotten slightly worse with fewer options. But I still like the place.

I've stayed here before, so I came back because I enjoyed my first trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I think the location is great.... Close to everything. The pool is lovely on hot days and the restaurant is not too bad.

Exceptional friendly staff. One lady in particular who worked reception and maybe managed the place was just so wonderful and kind to my partner who was quiet sick after the boat ride over! Thank you tenfold!! I loved the sustainability of having water tumblers in our room that we could fill up at stations on every level of the hotel. A great touch that means a lot after using so much plastic everywhere we go. We also got upgraded in celebration of his birthday, so we had a jacuzzi in our room! Unreal!!

Breakfeast buffet was great. The coffee machine grinds beans before making you the perfect cofee. Good food as well many things to choose from. The grounds are wonderful to walk around in. The location is perfect close to everything but not to close...
