Really great house, good beds, close to both the Bangrak pier when going to/coming from Koh Phangan, and the airport 😁 we used it as a middle step, But would have loved to stay longer

Its a little further away from things, But you Can walk still.

The house was good to stay at. Great for kids as they had access to Netflix on the tv and wifi. The pool itself was okay, but the view of the island from there was exceptional and makes the walk to the pool well worth it.

It’s a beautiful, spacious place and immaculately clean, plus very comfortable.

The house is very big, with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, you have everything you need, very spacious. The owner is very helpful and reachable anytime. He even spoke to the cab driver to guide the way at night from the airport. If you like nature and peace this is the place for you. Accessable anywhere by motorcycle. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful little house in a good, safe, and very quiet neighborhood, offering everything you could need, including a king-size bed, a huge flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate shower, a dressing room, and even a washing machine, which we were able to use free of charge upon request. The owner, Piero, was very helpful. He gave us good introductions about the way, about the house, and also provided us with some good tips. We felt very comfortable. Our two cats also enjoyed the house, with its large veranda and the owner's two friendly dogs, who were very playful and not aggressive at all.

I didn't read the description properly, but toiletries are NOT included, you have to buy your own handwash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper (7 eleven is a 3 minute walk, little to no street lighting on path at night). The house is not on the grab map so you'll have to be dropped off nearby, not ideal when you have suitcases. When coming back, enter "Bangrak Garden Home" in the app and then direct the driver once you're on the road. The water pump was affected by the heavy rain so we had no water in the morning, until the host fixed it himself fairly quickly. The bathroom could have been cleaner, lots of stains around the shower. The master bedroom toilet smelled pretty bad.

The host was great and helped us out with several matters. The common space (kitchen & living room) is well equiped, there is an espresso machine. :) Lovely pets (two dogs and cats) as an extra for your stay, very friendly animals. Overall a very cozy place to stay, totally recommend!

Entrance to the Queen room is through the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient if you're not travelling alone. But we got used to it after a while. You can hear airplines from the nearby airport quite loudly, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to that. Improvements could be done regarding cleanliness namely in the kitchen and bathroom, but nothing too serious.

Okay for a 1 night stay as close to the airport. But too far out as a solo traveller without transport

It is a nice apartment in a walking distance from good restaurants and shops

I think the bedsheets were not fresh

Host was super friendly, let me borrow the washing machine and gave great dinner recommendations, bed was comfy & private bathroom. Perfect after a long day!

Great place to stay

Piero the host is very friendly and helpful, excellent communication through WhatsApp and is fluent in English too. We were able to leave our bags at the property before check in as the room wasn’t ready, and he suggested a cafe for us to try in town which was great! Our room was clean and comfortable, good full-length mirror, aircon worked perfectly and we had a private bathroom. The living room and kitchen area is shared with another guest - this was no problem for us. Unfortunately for us the weather was terrible for 2 days of our stay but we were able to chill in the apartment for the day and use Netflix on the smart TV. WiFi works perfectly! There is a 7/11 and some restaurants about 5mins walk away and you can reach the main road in a 10mins walk. The gym/swimming pool is about 5mins walk up the hill to another hotel, free to use however the gym has no fans/aircon so can be a struggle during a workout. We booked quite last minute so were unable to stay here the whole time we were in Koh Samui as the apartment was already fully booked over new year, but Piero very kindly gave us a lift to our next accommodation in town!

Everything was great, and the host was very kind and friendly, and location perfect for a next day morning flight.

Kitchen and TV were good and place was spacious. There is a gym and gorgeous pool just up the road. 7/11, a restaurant, ATM, and others are just 3 min down the road.

Please note that this is a shared space (there are two rooms in the house) but it’s not bad as there is plenty of space and it’s nice to meet other people.
