Central location within walking distance of the bus terminal, night market and clock tower. Very quiet courtyard, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Comprehensive information about possible activities in the area, very good breakfast included.

Very helpful staff, easy to communicate with. They helped us planning a day trip outside of the city and up north, connecting us with a great local driver who really took care of us!

The owner is super kind, he've given us a lot of tip for our Thai trip.

Great location! Only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. The staff was extremely friendly, and even gave me a map of the city with suggestions of where to go!

This was one of my favorite places we stayed during our month-long trip. Friendly service, good location, and lovely grounds. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. We were only here two nights, but it was great!

The room was clean, spacious, great air conditioning, lovely breakfast area, tasty breakfast... It is well positioned, within walking distance to the night market, restaurants, cafes and shops. Has a cute smoking area with lots of plants, feels like a park. Highly recommend this place.

No coffee/tea in the room but breakfast room has a great coffee machine.

The host is super chill and immediately helped me with planning my 24 hours there including good spots to see and his favourite restaurants. The place is in a quieter part of town but still pretty close to the night bazaar and all that - within walking distance. The room was fairly quiet. The beds were very comfortable so you'll sleep well. Perhaps it's normal for this price point but the spaciousness of the room was excellent.

It is a bit of a more traditional location so the shower's water pressure and the general layout of it isn't great. The aircon was effect enough but not necessarily one of the stronger ones.

The guy at the reception did one of the best check ins that I can remember! Perfect explanation of the zones, what to do and recommendations. He said he does it everyday, so we hope he keeps doing it to help other people.

Toddy and his mom were so welcoming and helpful with things to do in Chiang Rai, local restaurants, the night market. The breakfast each morning was tasty and generous and they even had umbrellas to borrow. My room was huge and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet tired decor and could do with a deep clean to remove flys and mosquitos etc. bedding old and repainted but still clean and crisp. Informed we would check out at 7am and told we would be able to grab breakfast - left at 710am and had to access dining room by different door - no breakfast and no one to leave the key with.

Fantastic location opposite a temple, just a short walk into town and a very comfortable room

The keyring is super glued closed which means you have to take the big metal keycard as well whenever you leave. It's quite bulky and difficult to store in a wallet, it was just a bit of a hassle really

Lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Thailand. Highly recommend this place.
