AC possibly needs regassing. Struggled to cool room, just got there if I closed bathroom door. Not really a VIP room... a couple of bathrobes and slippers, neither of which I used makes it vip. More noise from street in this room than the lower ones where I stayed after this room

Lovely room, massive bed, bath robes, kettle, tv, huge mirror, balcony. The owner lady was amazing and very friendly, we will miss her.

I originally booked for one night but stayed 3 and would have stayed longer but all the rooms were booked! The rooms are clean and really comfortable. Location is perfect, just off walking street and it is great value for your money. The lady that’s runs the hotel is so friendly and helpful- she was the highlight of staying there for me 😁

Room gets hot if you stay in during the day. But I was always out exploring.

It gets quite hot in the room during the day but as long as you’re going out and enjoying pai, it’s not a big issue.

I had to book this place last minute, but the owner was really understanding and came to check me in straight away. The room was really comfortable, and was in a great location. Nice and clean too.

The location is perfect, the room is beautiful and functional. The woman who manages the place is very funny and friendly, she yells a lot but she doesn't do it in a bad way, it's just her way, she hardly speaks English but with Google Translate she communicates perfectly.

The manager is crazy, the location is good however there was loud music late into the night. There were SO MANY BUGS IN THE BATHROOM, can't stress it enough. And even lizards in the bedroom. AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE.

Beautiful little one bedroom in the centre of town and walking distance to Pai Walking street. When I first arrived I was very happy until about 9pm when the music started in the club next door

The apartment is right next to a club playing music until around 1.30am and then you have all the people walking past drunk and loud after that until about 2am and you can hear everything. I was on a detox so didn't enjoy hearing the music until then but I guess if you are there to party then this is prime location.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! I arrived at 4:30pm, waited for hours for them to clean the room (as it wasn’t ready at that time, when check-in is supposed to be at 2pm). They don’t communicate with you at all, you just wait outside and can see what’s happening. After waiting for a long time, they showed me a room that it was not the one I had booked. Then they say to wait more time, they need to clean the other room. I kept on waiting, when I entered to the room to ask how long it will take, they started screaming at me. The room needed a deep cleaning, there were food leftovers everywhere, and the smell of fish and meat was disgusting. Bathroom was extremely dirty, and the whole place in general was a mess. It needed a deep cleaning. Not a quick clean at 6pm because the new guest already arrived, when the room is supposed to be ready since 2pm. I did not feel safe there. The person who started screaming at me in their language made me feel very insecure, so much so had to leave the property. I was also tired after a very long trip and couldn’t keep on waiting more time (stayed there for nearly 2 hours). They have a terrible management of the place, and after what happened to me, I would not recommend this place to anybody. There are many other nice and cheap places around that for sure won’t give you this experience. They refused to refund me the money for the room. I had paid in advanced and in the end I didn’t stay stay there. Stay away from here, sounds like scam big time!
