Every rooms have itself terrace that can see sunrise. The room is very clean and I could feel the clean smell of the sheets. Staffs are very friendly and very good service. And good breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike about the room, facilities or food. And the description matched the room and facilities.

The host was exceptionally helpful and could not do enough to help. The room we stayed in was good for couples. If you have a mini dog , the room was OK. But opt for a bigger room if your bringing a pet in my opinion. Again this host was exceptionally nice.

There’re other accommodations nearby, and I heard karaoke around (but once inside the room, I didn’t hear it)

There was some loud music nearby sometimes but this is Thailand.

Great location looking over the hills. Owners were so accommodating. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Quiet area and comfortable rooms. Would be more than happy to go back.

The location was great. Very peaceful. Very nice view of gardens and countryside. Fantastic sunrise every morning with the low clouds blanketing the valleys.

No real hot water in the shower.

Great location with a good view. Very nice owners. Breakfast comes normally as a rice soup, but you can also get Western food. Restaurant nearby, but you should come by car.

WiFi not so strong for lower units. Hot shower not consistent.. Units are basic but it is clean and well maintained. . Simple pillows. Breakfast is just 1 dish but delicious.

Friendly responsive staff. Open to feedback and take quick action. Nice balcony outside room to see sun rise. Khao Kho doesn't have city, malls etc. Great there are some road stores,. Minimart nearby. Great mountain view , can walk around. Plants, strawberry Be prepared for stairs in any Khao KHO hotels given to the hills. This one is already pretty good. They help with luggage too. Rooms are cold at night for all my Khao KHO hotels as no heater.

Not much of the amenities in the room, no kettle for hot water.

Very close to the river. Walking Street is in front of the hotel. Very convenient. So many local food to taste. The hotel has its own parking space. We were the only group stayed at the hotel that night. Very quiet.

Two of the couple’s 3 dogs barked directly outside my room at everyone who walked or drove past. When I arrived Op said “don’t worry, they stop when you turn the engine off”. Not true. Later I walked back from the shops the same dog who threatened to bite me earlier ran after me and was only held back by the owners who heard me yelling at it to back off. Some dog owners assume you will tolerate their pets even when they’re aggressive. The constant barking outside my room and being confined inside to avoid that dog was unpleasant. Guests should not have to tolerate it.

The young couple who run this homestay, Khun Ang and Khun Op, are wonderful people. Friendly, very hospitable and full of helpful information about local attractions. The room I had (with flat-screen TV, kettle and balcony) was very good value and Ang was happy to let me change it (from a room with a fan to Aircon) for a small fee. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and brought to my room if I wanted. Very good budget accommodation. I wish them great success in the future - if they do something about their dogs!

This is only for enjoying the view. Room is okay but basic. Nice private terrace for the view.

The host, Ang, was super friendly and helpful. She made sure that everything was in order for us and offered us help whenever she could. The view of the sunrise is absolutely beautiful. The provided breakfast is very tasty too.
