It could do with a facelift. That said the room was very clean. A shame that it’s a little out of town but we just used Grab.

The girl on reception was fantastic. Really helpful. We organized a car rental one evening for the next morning and she prepared us a whole list of places to visit overnight.

Very friendly and helpful staff despite language differences. Bearing in mind the open design of much of the property, I thought it was kept relatively clean. I had one of the detached bungalows which suited me fine and I can't comment on other types of rooms.

ALOT of mosquitos, maby it's a good idea to have mosquito repellend candles or something. We couldn't sit on our balcony because of the mosquito bites.

Very beautiful and calm, nice big room, friendly staff that helped with airport transport and motorbike renting. Beautiful pool and nice that the breakfast is a la carte. We rented motorbikes, because the location was far from everything. But it would've been nice to get some information about the tuktuk's who drive people to the tourist attractions. We didn't know. It would've helped us and save some time and money because it was raining and we had to wait 2 hours with the bike. There's alot of information in the office though, but we had no idea where to start searching. But overall, nice stay!! Would recommend and GREAT room + pool!!

Not much within walking distance. 15 min walk to convience stores. We used the grab app to get us to resturants, cafes and bars.

The hotel is somewhat isolated from Chiang Rai's town centre - about 15 minutes walk.

Lovely chalet style rooms each with a lounge as well as sizable bedroom and bathroom arranged around a swimming pool. All very clean and well organised. Friendly staff.

The rock hard beds, but this seems to be the way in thailand.

Loved the friendly uninstrusive staff. The deluxe rooms are terrific with a separate sitting area and bedroom. Balcony is lovely. Very homey place. Breakfast is also good. Only complaint would be the rock hard beds, but staff provided a softer mattress topper when requested.

It was a little far from the town centre but it was easy to get a taxi and quick and cheap to get there.

Friendly quiet resort. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. It was a pleasant place to hang out after a days sightseeing and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Shower heads needed cleaning. Dinner was not very good and with mosquitoes swarming it was not pleasant. Room had very hard beds and mosquito menace was a big problem. They should have repellants placed for easy access.

Breakfast was well spread and tasty. Pool was clean but did not have the time. The room and external ambience was great. Quite and pleasant surrounding. The rooms were well stocked and with clean and fresh linen. Excellent staff.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited

A great peaceful location, but just a 5 minute tuk tuk ride into the city centre which cost 100 Baht. The staff would call one for us and we never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. The swimming pool was quiet cold, but good for a proper swim.
