A little out of the way, we thought it was closer to Old Phuket Town but with Grab and taxis only $20 Aussie dollars not a big deal

Pool is lovely, security staff are very friendly & welcoming. Fabulous food choices across the road, eat like the locals. Roms are huge and room well equipped. Squirrels were fun to watch

There is a hollowness to the hotel which makes the sound of doors closing extremely annoying for light sleepers. If I stayed again, I'd def request a room on the top floor facing the back. There is an elevator.

I've stayed at this hotel many times mostly because it's practically on the grounds of Phuket Hospital. 2 min walk . The rooms are very clean and very basic but serve the purpose just fine. There is a restaurant very close Foodies, who also delivers amazing food at American prices but delish. It's also very close to the big malls. Maybe 10 minutes. It's directly beside the Big C (think WalMart) and the biggest thing for me is that there is a Starbucks in the hospital lobby (don't judge)

Room was full of mosquitos when we arrived. We killed 30+ within an hour. Also quite far from anything (took us an hour to get to Patong Beach in a taxi with traffic)

The beds were really comfy and the facilities were super clean. Great for the price. The pool area was always quite and it wasn't often that there would be anyone else there. Great location to walk to Central and really quite despite the busy street.

As I mentioned the place is a bit old and the beds are hard. Wifi was also slow.

The place is clean, but a bit old. The room is prettu big and the pool is really nice for chilling. You have big supermarket and a shopping mall very near. The hotel is about 20 minutes driving from the Old town, but you need a scooter or you can use a bus to get there. Near the big shopping mall there is a bus stop where you can catch a bus to the airport.

Nice quiet hotel in a good location for the old town bars and restaurants near by suited us fine away from the busy Kata and Karon beach area old town is nice worth a visit would stay here again

The TVs were not working, had to get the door fixed There wasn't enough info on where to eat, rent bikes etc at the hotel.

Stayed first time. It was nice. Spacious Rooms, locker, toiletries. Closer to Central Phuket mall. They give you privacy no one disturbs you. There had a nice balcony attached to the room in the grd flr.

I didn‘t felt safe there. In the night i locked the door and when i woke up it was open, i hat to put a glass behind the door to see if someone would come inside while i was sleeping. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the shower was completely full with mold everywhere. I had to buy Moskito spray bc they didn’t had any and the room was full of Moskitos

The location was a bit quieter which I liked and the local Thai restaurant which is in split level just up the road I can definitely recommend. Very clean hotel and accommodation great value for money.

not the best location, lots of cockerels to wake you up whether you want to or not. pool was not really attached to the hotel and only had a couple sun loungers.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to Central Festival shopping mall and a few other restaurants. You will still need to take a taxi to move around.

It was slightly hard to communicate with the staff as none were English speaking however other than that, there was no issues. Should offer breakfast because the hotel is beautiful!!

For £33 a night, this hotel was amazing. There were so many local stalls, food shops, massage parlours and many more on the road. The hotel itself shocked us because it was so big and modern, the rooms were really really big and had a gorgeous balcony. The pool area was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay very Much, we extended our stay.

The swimming pool closes at 9 pm. I would have loved 24 hours but it's not a deal breaker. A lot of mosquitos in the summer season. Best carry a mosquito repellent. Patong Beach is far but manageable with a taxi.

Within 10 mins walking distance to shopping malls (Central Phuket Mall, Big C) Easy access to fast food chains(McDonald's, KFC) or local food. 7-Eleven is within 5 mins walking distance. Old Phuket Town is at a 10 mins drive. Great room service and accommodating staff. The pool has good depth to jump into. P.S. Phuket usually offers low currency exchange rate. The only good ones are in Patong beach or 4th floor of Central Phuket Mall.
