The hotel's position was remarkable, as it was situated near the pier, granting us effortless access to the surrounding areas. Lucy, the delightful pup of the family added so much joy and warmth to our entire stay.

dog was super scary, they tell you he’s not dangerous but runs at you and barks which doesn’t feel safe. beware when coming in late at night. rooms aren’t as clean as they could be

The cleaning was not done, the TV did not work, the staff made noise at 4 in the morning, upon arrival they asked for 4% more than the price set by booking because I was paying with a credit card, THIS IS A SCAM AND BOOKING MUST MONITOR.

There isn't anything we didn't like. The only thing was a power outage which affected the entire island and was not something our hosts had any control over. They did go above and beyond to supply us with emergency lights.

This is a beautiful, safe, private hotel run by a wonderful family. The location is perfect if the focus of your trip is specifically scuba, because it is conveniently located to all of the scuba shops and the pier that the boats launch from. If you rent a motorbike for 250 baht a day then you're never far from all the other things you want to do on the island as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed visiting with our hosts as well. They even helped us make quick and convenient transportation arrangments as we continued our vacation back to the mainland. We will definitely stay at Baan Suan Ta Hotel again when we return to Kho Tao.

Lack of staff around, reception was deserted when we arrived and there never seemed to be anyone at reception during our stay even when we checked out but we did manage to find a number to call if we needed someone

Room was huge, spacious, had a balcony with a beautiful view, extremely clean and comfortable stay for us in Koh Tao for 4 nights. Great location too just at the tip of the Sairee beach, and walking distance from the pier even with our backpacks

The room was dirty ((( Only some liquid shampoo in the shower, no soap, no toothpaste or toothbrushes, one towel was very thin and didn't look like the towel.. The fridge was Also dirty inside. If you want to use the aircon, you'll have to pay 100 THB per Day.

Location was good, if you don't want to stay in your room all the time. The staff was very friendly, we didn't have to wait for 12:30, and got into the room Just when arrived. After a long journey it was wonderful. Also every room has a nice balcony with the view of the hill. Very relaxing. Hot water in the room.
