The host, Tin was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. The entire guesthouse was spotless clean and had a very positive energy about it. The room was amazing with a view on either side. I was lucky to have been given an upgrade and it came at the perfect time. Even though it was for one night, thanks to Tin and his hospitality, I’ll never forget my stay here.

The guesthouse was very clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, just a short distance to the beach and local restaurants.

Location was a little away from the main beach, but located on an alley with excellent restaurants and a cheap ride into the loud town. We didn’t find it an issue and would stay there again!

Tin was an extremely friendly and helpful host, we felt immediately welcome. He kept us informed with everything and was very knowledgable with recommendations. The room was perfect for two of us, great air con and shower and a small plunge pool too.

Nil - it’s a super place.

Beautiful quiet street but still close to action. Clean, well kept facilities and rooms. Great restaurant, Ton Ma Yom, next door, serving some of best meals we had in Thailand. Tin, is host extraordinaire - always available in person or WhatsApp - will sort out tours/classes, recommendations etc no fuss and for good prices.

Has to be the absolute best value guesthouse in all of Ao Nang! One of the most cozy rooms I’ve ever stayed in in Thailand. Large room, comfy bed, so bright with a big balcony, all the amenities like new and working perfectly. Awesome shower. Impeccably clean! Quiet cul-de-sac with lots of excellent eateries so very close by. Tin Tin is an incredibly friendly and helpful Owner/Operator. Pleasant 20-25 minute walk to Ao Nang Beach.

Wonderful location down a quiet street but very close to the Main Street and not far from the beach/pier etc. Excellent host - super helpful in assisting us with booking our arrangements and always lovely and friendly. Very comfortable rooms with balconies for enjoying the scenery of the cliffs. Spotlessly clean. Nice cool jacuzzi/pool, very refreshing. Great communal chill areas.

The pool was awesome! The room and beds were comfy. There is a small kitchen/refrigerator and free drinking water available. Tin was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us when our friend got sick and had to visit the clinic. Would 100% stay here again.

The place was immaculate! Tin and his wife were wonderfully helpful and generous! From renting a scooter to breakfast suggestions they really do a fantastic job. The rooms were amazing and location was great! Having a scooter helps, but some of the best places are within a few short steps… highly recommend getting the double balcony suite 🌴

Amazing, I have never been to a hotel/stay/hostel so kind with their service. I forgot some valuable stuff for me and Tin who helped me with everything searched it like it was his, kept it safe. Best stay we have had on our travels so far, really comfy beds, modern and well maintained, amazing views with balcony. Owner is super nice and English is really good too. Everyday clean is offered with water! And no noise came from other rooms. Location is around 25m walk from the beach but being a little further than beachfront means you’re near the better and cheaper food spots. 7/11 is also around the corner. Would recommend!

This place is super! Tim and his wife were amazing! Easy check-in experience, beautiful place, mega clean and with very spacious room! Location is also great, close to good restaurants and the main road in Ao Nang, full of activities to do, although it is a 20min walk from the beach...

One of the cleanest and nicest hostels I’ve stayed in. A/C is fantastic, tons of lockable storage space, comfortable beds. There are stairs instead of ladders up to top bunk which is a nice touch. Everything feels clean, new, and thoughtfully designed. Not a party hostel! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The owner is very responsive and helpful!
