Previous reviews indicated there was a smart TV in the room, but we didn’t have that in Room 12. This is very minor, though

Very comfortable and quiet, overall. The beds are a little bit from but in a nice way. The air conditioning works very well and the shower is actually separated from the toilet area, which is nice for a change.

Beautiful, serene spot by the river. Wonderful rooms with Netflix and YouTube on the tv. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Beds are a little firm but still comfortable. Shower was a bit basic. 10 minute walk into Pai central.

Great value for money. Beautiful location- lovely gardens and river. There's private a bamboo bridge that goes over the river onto some fields. Lovely views. Very fast Wi-Fi.

The room was a little basic, and the beds quite hard (even for Thailand) but it was comfortable enough for us to sleep & work remotely there for a few days.

The location is beautiful, right on the river with lots of places to relax outside and enjoy the scenery. There is an excellent restaurant on-site where we ate many times and enjoyed every meal. It's a little walk outside of the main drag in Pai, but we considered this a good thing to have some peace away from the busy street. The staff helped us book a driver for day trips.

About a 10 minute walk to town, but this meant it was quiet at night.

In a scenic, quiet position on the river. The resort has a family restaurant attached which serves excellent food, and provides a great place to sit and relax during the day. It overlooks the river and beautiful scenery. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for money.

For a decent price we got a nice clean room Nice spot near the river and a mountain view Quiet area 10 min walk from the busy walking street Basic breakfast was included, but we didn´t try as there are superb and cheap options for a breakfast all over the town

Only drawback is the main road is next to you and you can hear passing vehicles. It was the only thing disturbing my peace but overall tolerable.

The location is perfect, right next to a river. Pretty bungalows, nicely arranged garden. Very pleasant stay overall. Bathroom was clean, as the bed sheets and towels.

We liked it all!

The family that run this place are so lovely, helpful & accommodating. We had the best time next to the peaceful river in Pai! The rooms are cool, so no need for air conditioning, but its there if you need it. A simple breakfast was provided daily, and the restaurant food is delicious! Its only a short walk into town, and they helped us get to them, as we have big bags!

The drains smelt a bit but I just kept the bathroom door closed.

Beautiful setting next to the river. Nice and peaceful. You can sometimes hear music from the club across the river but only when you are outside, it was fine as soon as I was inside the room. The staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable.
