The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Very near a beach and easy access via scooter. The people who owned it were lovely and very hospitable when we needed to check out very early in the morning for an early ferry!

Street noise, but I was only in for 2 days and totally expected that, knowing that it's on the road.

Beautiful property lovingly maintained. Old feel, with crisp modern functions. Gardenand flowers and tile are super delightful!

Probably mainy tourists destroy her equipment, therefore also the beds have a plastic lining, so it was a bit strange but it was nothing I could hold against her, i really understand it. Also this was the only thing I could find to write her!

The owner was really friendly and tried to help us during our stay, she offered the motorbike, helped us find the nearest gas station. During a rainy period she offered us Rambutans to cheer us up, because we weren't able to get out due to the rain. To summarize it she was really happy to serve us and we were happy to be her guests.

Good location, recommend renting a bike from here for convenience to help you get around aswell. The room was clean and had a little table and fridge, nice shared balcony outside and easy to get to haad rin.

the family is very very nice, they offered fruits, made you feel part of the family. they have very good scooters for rent and had a good deal for a month. there is beautiful and peaceful beach just in front.

Saw a fatso spider on my bed. Not their, fault, comes with the territory but make sure to keep your window closed.

Very nice family runs it. Rent a scooter from them and enjoy the island.

Nice room, a.c. and hot shower. Lovely and friendly owners I feel like family :) have good bikes to rent. Very close to beach + view point up the hill nearby. Road can be noisy sometimes. You will need a bike in this location, but then you need one really for phangan anyway

The hotel is situated on a main road, at no fault to the owners but it can be a little noisy through the night but nothing a pair of earplugs can sort out. There was also a lot of geckos around the property, we had one in our room. They weren’t an issue as long as you kept your door shut and it also provided a lot of entertainment in trying to get it out.

Upon arrival we were both welcomed with cold water and local fruits. The owners carried our luggage and took us up to the room. When we got in the room was spacious, lovely and clean with fresh white bedding and towels. We were able to rent a bike from them to travel around the island and there is a small private beach just a short walk opposite the property where you can swim and watch the sunset. On the night of the full moon party they helped us flag a taxi down and the same for check out to go to the pier. Absolutely amazing people run this hotel, would highly recommend!

The owners are so lovely and helpful. They assisted us with motorbike hire and drove us to the pier at 4:30am to get our boat back to the mainland. The place was clean and comfortable.

The location was very good for the full moon and jungle party, but not many beaches nearby.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful with getting us to places. The rooms were great, very clean and beds were super comfortable. The food was yummy and laundry was done very quickly, we ended up extending our stay. 100% reccomend!!

I wish there were a designated clothes hanging area as I often do my own laundry.

Klong is an amazing host and his family as well. They picked us up at the pier at 9pm and offered many little things during my stay. I am coming back to stay with him the second time.

The location is far from everything... I knew it before the booking, but it's only 2 restaurants you can go by yourself. Haad Rin beach (full moon), pantip market and all other attractions you need to take a taxi or a motorcycle. If you can drive a motorcycle - it's perfect for you, but we can't, so it's a lot of money for taxi. The room is not so big. (We stayed in the air room, so I think that other rooms are bigger). The shower is together with the toilet.

Great price for the room, the room was very lovely, not very big. Very nice family running this place. You can rent a bike for 250 baht per day including helmet but only if you know to drive. Very nice restaurant, also this family owned, good food and not expensive. Nice bed, good air-conditioned.

It's a bit far from anything if you don't have a moped or form of transport.
