The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a free breakfast which was very kind and the coffee was good. My room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.. It was clean. The hotel is very generous with daily water bottles, and lots of shampoo and shower gel is available. The trip organised through the hotel was a great day out. Highly recommended. There is a good night market and lots of restaurants nearby. It's a short walk to the bus station, less than 10 mins, and a 20 minute Grab ride to the airport. I really recommend the hotel.

My balcony floor needed a good clean as unfortunately pigeons visit at night. The shower floor tiles need a good occasional scrub with bleach. I'm not suggesting they weren't clean but looked like they need some attention. However, I wear flip flops in all showers and bathrooms so it was OK.

We stayed here for a two day break. We found the hotel to be quite modern and very clean . The reception staff were very friendly , welcoming and efficient. We were shown unto a very spacious and comfortable room , with the bonus of a huge comfy bed . They supplied coffee and sugar along with a kettle for a hot drink . We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but overall we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay . Next time we go to chaing rai we will definitely consider booking in again .

Bathroom was usable albeit a bit cramped when opening the door you were faced with the toilet only inches between the open door and toilet bowl , it felt like you had squeeze in then shut the door behind you .

A very clean, comfortable and friendly little hotel. Located within an easy 13-minute walk to the Clock Tower, it is situated in a very quiet, mainly residential neighbourhood. Even though breakfast wasn't included, the staff can prepare eggs (any style) and also offer toast and butter and marmalade -- and, of course, coffee. Every staff member was so friendly and caring.

This was a really great place to stay in Chiang Rai. It's in a residential area just a short walk to shops and restaurants, and a few blocks walk to the bus station. There was also a laundry service across the street, which I used to get some clothing washed at a very good price, and they did a great job. The guesthouse room was comfortable and the AC worked pretty well at night, although it struggled in the heat of the afternoon, with the full glass door panel letting heat into the room, even with the curtains closed. But I was in Chiang Rai during the hottest season, so I understood. The room was simple but very comfortable, and I appreciated them restocking bottles of water every day. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet. I thought the simple breakfast was perfect; toast, tea, coffee to fix, and the nice lady manning the room cooked eggs for me with a smile every day. I highly recommend this guest house for stays in Chiang Rai.

Value to Money

The hotel is perfectly located close to the bus terminal and within easy walking distance of downtown. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with good air-conditioning. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service: after forgetting to reclaim our deposit for the motorbike rental, the staff kindly offered to transfer the money to our next hotel so we could still receive it in cash. I have never experienced this level of kindness and service before — thank you so much! Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a small road accessible with car, just some munutes walking to the night baazar and Bus Terminal 1. The room offers a balcony and big space with King bed. They have free breakfast too and staff are super friendly and helpful

Great location. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Very quiet, only the birds to wake you in the morning. 15-20 minute flat walk into town. Basic breakfast, They will service the room if you hang the sign on the door, otherwise they just leave fresh water outside your door

Although the hotel does not have in-house restaurants, we actually got a nice good breakfast every morning! On the house! The location of this hotel is very convenient, walk 5 mins to the city for more restaurants, shopping and attractions. Yet, it is quiet where the hotel is.
