The beds are as hard as a rock.

The rooms are large. They are clean, Staff are very friendly. The hotel is a fair walk from city centre.

Everything was great , staff friendly. They got the scooter for us and called elephant centers for us. Calm area. Bed are hard but asian customers like it this way so many places like that. Free coffee and biscuits at the reception.

Great value for money, big room and was very clean on arrival. Room was good and had fridge with waters, good AC, and even a balcony. Location is a little far out but just about walkable to centre or easy to get a grab/taxi for cheap.

The beds are very firm which isn’t necessarily a bad thing - just something to be aware of if you prefer a softer mattress like me

The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and had a nice balcony area, there is free tea and coffee in the morning which we didn’t make use of but is a nice touch! The rooms are great value for money!!

Very clean and spacious rooms with balcony. Good shower & friendly/helpful staff. Location is about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Bed was a bit hard to sleep on but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean spacious room with huge comfy bed. It had a balcony and although the view wasn't great, when the sun was setting, sky looked amazing.

We felt that without a scooter the location was a bit far from the centre and down a not very lit road.

Very good value for money and staff were friendly. The room was basic but big and clean with good AC.

The only big problem with this place is the noise. You hear everything and everyone. Luckily it wasn’t full in this rainy season. Some of the towels could be changed, they’re getting old. Also, it is more convenient if there are small towels for hands in the bathroom.

It’s a decent place to stay if you want something clean but reasonably priced. Everything worked.

Location was a little removed; which was nice because it was quiet but there are no sidewalks so walking was a little more inconvenient.

The room was simple and clean; the a/c worked as well as the hot water. This is a typical room for its price point especially given the Thailand standards. It was quiet at night due to the fact it is a little removed from the center, however, walking is a little more inconvenient due to the lack of sidewalks. However, I would recommend it if you are looking for a basic functioning room that is walkable to the center and very affordable.

there is No electric kettle in the room, and the walls between the rooms were not soundproof - there were a couple nights I couldn't sleep due to the TV sounds and 1-3am conversation of the guests next door, fortunately some guests were considerate, who didn't make noises in the middle of night. The owner was not hospitable to me, even though I had extended my stay there due to my health condition under the hot weather, I would stay with other respectful and hospitable hosts I had met often in Thailand for my next trip! But I am just a short term customer there, hopefully the owner would appreciate the staffs who work almost everyday there for years.

The frontdesk staffs during my stay in February - Dao and May were very helpful - answered my many questions about Chiang Rai and Thai food, they are very thoughtful people, friendly, also very responsible at work. Thank you May & Dao! My room was spacious and bright, overall comfortable.

Location is about a km away from the night market and Jetyod Rd so be prepared for some walking. The Key deposit of THB 250 is also a bit annoying.

Great room. TV, AC, Bar fridge, bottled water, toiletries, very clean ensuite with hot water, small terrace. It has all the convenience of a 3 star hotel room but at a fraction of the price.

Bed was a little Bit on the hard side but that seems to be the norm in Thailand.

Only 10 minute walk to town centre, clean and spacious room with balcony. In a quiet area. Two free bottles of water each morning and the Staff friendly.
