The property is lovely and like an oasis in the desert. The hosts are very nice people. Their English is great a d they offer advice about where to go. The pool was cool but fresh. The pool deck is very slippery. Rooms are very nice and clean. Weight room in great conditions with machines that work. Our host respected our shrimp allergy and made special dishes. We were sad to leave.

The property is a little ways to town so a car or motorbike is important. We were fine with a rental car.

Everything, the staff is exceptional, property very clean and tidy. Breakfast superb and delicious. The owners where on site and they really made a effort for their guests. The interior design of the hotel was personal and tasteful.

Nothing, all was good.

Gorgeous trees and plants, beautifully decorated accommodations, comfortable beds and bedding, large western style shower with detachable shower head. Free made to order breakfast, meticulous cleaning every day, free laundry service, free bicycles available to explore the peaceful surroundings (highly recommend biking the short distance to the Friendcation coffee shop and wine bar). Kind and friendly owner went out of the way to accommodate my extensive food allergies!

We had an amazing stay at Baan Yung Hill Resort. The resort was very clean, the rooms also. The breakfast was also very good. If you stay in Chiang Rai area, this is a very good place to stay as everything is nearby. You can also get bicycles there. It’s also very quiet. You don’t hear any noises, no cars, just some birds. It’s a small oasis.

the place was very cosy and has a good decoration. the host was so nice and tried to accomodate all our needs. the breakfast was made to order and homemade. tasted delicious the location is perfect if you have your own transportation. unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy the pool.

The resort is like a little paradise. The whole are is nicely decorated with flowers and nice plants. The rooms are big and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfortable. We had a great stay and the owners are so lovely.

Lovely owner and tucked away on a quiet part just outside of Chiang Rai - easy to get to and everything as described. Room - small but came with everything you needed for a one night stay. Nice bathroom and matched pictures if not a little better in real life. Not the best soundproofing but fine. Bed on the firm side... Pool - nice little pool in the middle of the courtyard Food - they do breakfast which was really nice Thai food, cereal and bread. Didn't go hungry! Excellent restaurant 5 mins down the road! Parking - only space for 3 cars and some scooters so whilst we didn't have an issue it could well be if there were more. Suspect there was some more parking round the side but do confirm with hotel before as wasn't obvious. Location - only stay here if you have a means of transport as its out of the way ... but as a result perfect if you do have your own wheels!!

What a lovely place, 15 minutes drive from Chiang Rai. Very quiet. Nice rooms, fantastic bed, perfect breakfast. No dinner served but in 7 minutes with the car you will find a nice restaurant.

Beautiful area. Very quiet. Very close to airport, close to shops pharmacy restaurants and gas station. The long neck Karen ladys are almost neighbors. Posibility to rent motobikes and bicycles. The hotel is full of greenery and flowers. I recomend.

Beautiful, comfortable traditional hotel in a quiet location outside the city, where the owner still cares about her guests. Completely enjoyed it.

I was looking for a good starting point to explore the North and found it here. You need a car or motorbike though as the location is outside the city. It's not a minus, you just need to be aware of it.

Very peaceful and friendly people, rooms are nice and the beds sleep good. It’s a bit remote what I personal like.

The rooms are not very sound proof.
