Your comments have definitely been raised to the relevant managers for their urgent solution. Nonetheless, we are aware that there are some spaces that need the facelift and currently our guest rooms and all public areas are now in the progress of upgrading for the more modern look, however, in view of the high occupancy and the work has also must be done behind the public sight so as to avoid all disturbances of the refurbishing process, plus the huge spaces of the premise, it will take a bit of time to cover all areas.
