This is a rather small bungalow resort with mountain views. The property is surrounded by all kind of tropical fruit trees. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruits and biscuits are offered in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s definitely worth the money.

It's a remote location. There was constantly somebody shouting around. And truckloads of campers on the property.

The cleaness n quietness of the place , hard to believe we were in a orchard .. the owner recommended us a wonderful place to eat in town In the morning, ample fruits,bisquits n cofee/ chocolate were inclusive..n some of rooms open to a porch overlooking a pond

The bed is only a mattress on the floor. So the bed is hard and uncomfortable.

The homestay is in the middle of nature. We had a wonderful view above a small lake from the balcony. The huts were clean.

Everyone in SE Asia budget hotels has gone back to 1970 with the nylon/ polyester bedding. Not just this hotel- everywhere! What happened to all the cotton sheets? Nylon is really awful in a hot climate. Not healthy Lighting was harsh. Again- it’s the norm. Nowhere offers low lighting or a reading light

The Host was informative and staying here is much,much better than in the town...the gardens and his farm is so well kept n clean, the grass mowed ,you have to stay to believe ...Lots of different fruit trees too..

I loved this place! One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! The property is beautifully decorated with flowers and garden ornaments and it is so well kept! There are so many places on the property to sit in the sun and enjoy the surroundings. It’s so quiet at night and feels very private as you have a terrace and a balcony! The room itself is very well equipped with a fridge and a really nice shower. The owner and his staff are so kind and accommodating, they even gave us fresh fruit and pastries on a few of the mornings, it is the little things like this that we appreciate! We felt so welcome and comfortable and although we stayed for almost a week, I could have stayed longer! The price was also very reasonable and they offer to clean your room daily, every morning we woke up to toiletries and water hanging on our door! The property is in an ideal location, very close to Mae Sariang town but also not too close to the centre, lots of beautiful temples nearby and fabulous views of the mountains. 100% recommend!

Bed was comfy enough, but was tucked in a corner so hard to get in and out of from one side.

Good value for money. Nice grounds. We were just passing through, so it was adequate for a one night stay. Has everything you need.

Just a note: Breakfast options in town are limited.

Good option if you‘re in Mae Sariang with your own vehicle. Peaceful and quiet. AC any fridge we’e the newest and best I’ve seen in SEA. Value for small money.
