The first thing we noticed was a bad smell in the bathroom, which spread into the room. It went away after a few hours, but came back the next day, though not for the entire time. What bothered me more was the position of the bed facing the air conditioner — it blows directly onto your head and can't be adjusted to avoid that.

For us, the location was excellent — within walking distance of where we needed to go. Parking for both a car and a scooter is available. The room was clean and spacious, even comfortable for a family of four. The bathroom was large, with the option of a bathtub or a shower. Breakfast was sufficient for a guest with basic expectations.

Great breakfast, everything was there, bread, chicken with basil, rice, aka pad thai (without noodles tho but it was delicious), bananas, Orange juice, bread to make toasts. Room was very clean and stuff helpful. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Location is between most attractions such as white temple, blue temple, black museum. Bolt is the best way to get around.

Spotlessly clean, super friendly, very comfortable - a really nice vibe. We arrived in the evening after a couple of days full on land travel from Laos and it was the perfect place to relax and recover from the miles. Would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.

We loved everything

An amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai, our favourite accommodation in Thailand so far! It’s extremely clean, the beds are super comfortable, it’s quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The best part was the all you can eat breakfast though! There was a great choice of Thai food, eggs, salad, fresh fruit, coffee… We felt so much at home that we were sad to leave. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chiang Rai.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was filling. The room was clean and quiet, with a spotless bathroom and even a small patio, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Shower head slightly dribbly, however plenty hot water. There were 2 very shallow steps down into the shower room. Caught us out a few times!

Friendly staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. A really good selection and choice. Quiet and peaceful area. Comfy bed. Allowed us a wee bit extra time on checkout day. Cute wee garden area immediately outside our patio doors. It had a relaxing zen feeling about it. Nice to look out onto.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was so so good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service and our clothes came back quickly and smelling very nice and fresh. We were able to leave our bags for the day while we cycled around and they looked after them even after we checked out. The room itself was cosy, had a good shower and a comfortable bed. Excellent value for money and a great hotel to stay at
