The location. The people at the reception should try to put on a little smile at least and be friendlier. The AC was too loud. I didn't get the room I actually booked, but the one I got wasn't totally bad. It was more or less the same except for the view.

The hotel is quiet, clean and nice. The view from the swimming pool on the roof is something. The lady who cleaned my room is friendly and nice.

Just the traffic on the way back from the city sometimes. Grab drivers are so patient with it tho. Public Transport isn't a great option. Best to go to Chutachak or Lat Phrao MRT and use it from there... Try to avoid peak hours. Morning is much better than night.

The rooftop pool, the lift, the friendly staff. Accessibility to food, 7-11 and Pinsinchai Muay Thai Camp, huge bed and room and working smart TV. Grab service available for trips out for sightseeing. Being further out from the busy city meant a more laid back vibe amazing coffee shops around, City Park and absolutely amazing community members where being a solo traveler I never felt alone. Massages and food etc are also at a local price.

The breakfast was limited to almost no variety. We paid extra to eat something we liked, and it seemed like they didn't understand much about it. The bathroom door also didn't open all the way because it was touching the toilet...

Our stay was actually only one night, and the pool was the best part of getting to Doeng Mueng Airport (which I thought was closer, to be honest).

All in the room is quite old and I stayed only one week but was enough to encounter issues with the TV, the sink and the toilet. All were fixed immediately but I guess the rooms should be renovated or at least better maintained to avoid this.

Always someone at reception and all issues were solved quite fast. Located off the busy road so was relatively calm.

No kettle in the room so you can't fix yourself hot beverages as you want to (there is one downstairs, but I don't find it convenient to go downstairs each time you want some tea). Lots of mosquitos so you can't open windows in the evening/at night. Fresh towels smell of chemicals. Also there is a nearby house and people there were singing through the whole month every night

Lots of wood furniture and the smell of wood which I like. Looove the gardens outside and up near the pool. Nice looking stairs when you go up to get to the pool. Sounds of geckos and frogs and birds <3 Stayed in this place a lot because this turned out to be my fav place in Bangkok.

Rooms aren't soundproofed so whenever someone walks near to your room or corridor, you hear it every time. It's somewhere in nowhere in Bangkok.

The rooftop pool is amazing and the sunset from there unforgettable.

We did have a bit of a problem with ants in the bathroom & mosquitoes, but the staff kindly sprayed some repellent in the room whilst we were out & they repaired our A/C without any hesitation.

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & they were always smiling. The bed was very comfortable & we liked the relaxed feel of the place. We also LOVED the pool & the spiral centre.

No kettle in the room, so you'll have to ask for boiled water is you want to make tea or coffee. Place is far from malls so all you have around you when you want to shop for food - either 7/11 (or Tops) or local cafes (only accept cash), or local food market (not to every foreigners taste I guess). They have water near so prepare for mosquitos.

This is my go-to place in Bangkok because 1) lots of greens, you can have nice time in the patio or up where they have a garden (which is nice). Also a lot of trees, birds, lizards, which I like a lot.Smell of a wooden furniture inside, which I also like a lot.

The bathroom and the whole room furniture really seemed to be run out, and especially bathroom heater and watering pot did not work that good. And mosquitos were everywhere but it was a minor issue and we plugged in an anti-mosquito device.

The bed was comfortable and clean, there were bottles of water, bathroom necessities, and it was quieet😴 we were terribly tired and craved for some sleep so we enjoyed this stay a lot, the only thing we could hear in the morning was birds chirping. Magic

Sometimes there are bad smells coming from the toilet, like stagnant water. Just keep the door closed.

Good breakfast, a 7-Eleven nearby, the swimming pool on the rooftop is nice, as are the sunset views. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Bansabai. The are functional and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. I ordered with breakfast, which was good, but there is also a kitchen for the guests to use. I found the location ok as I didn’t want to be in the centre of a busy area. Lots of possibilities for eating out or takeaway. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Bangkok.

While it is as clean and new as it gets for the price you are paying, just like anywhere in Bangkok at this budget you will find some mold and ants here and there.

Location was ideal for our specific needs as it is located in the middle of numerous main train and bus stations. Roof top pool and general area is clean and nice to relax at the end of the day. The greenery in other floors also added to the relaxing vibe (2nd floor terrace and just outside the entrance). Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was helpful and accommodating.

The facility is located in a very good place outside the hustles and bustles of the city. A serene environment with fresh air and easy to commute to town. I like the tranquility.
