Lizard was issue in the 2nd villa when we extended our place the hotel team were so supportive and super helpful still amazing I suggest to select well being villa was super amazing.

The resort was remote and did not offer a shuttle bus service to closest village for shopping at Chawang. beach. The taxi service was very expensive.

The staff were excellent, especially our host Nicha. The villas were very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and Saffron restaurant was excellent. The beach was beautiful but water was very rocky and difficult to enter.

The location was stunning, our Villa was exceptional, the team went above and beyond at each and every moment. Abby, Tak, Beauty, Rang and Reiner along with many other team members along the way, were extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel boat is wonderful and we took a great day cruise during the stay.

No smoking in all the restaurants also it seems that the resort is old can tell from the old wood furniture , electricity outlets ,, etc. so I think it needs renovation

A big shout-out to Nee, Bestie, and John, who greeted us every day with the biggest smiles and made sure our mornings started in the best way possible. Their friendliness and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. Dinner at both Sands and Saffron was outstanding – the flavors, presentation, and ambiance were world-class. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the staff made each dining experience feel personalized and elegant. The spa experience was another highlight – we had a relaxing couple massage that was truly exceptional and left us feeling completely renewed. Fabulous from start to finish. The staff at the resort are wonderful, ever helpful and friendly. The villas are wonderful, comfortable and very well appointed. Having a private villa pool is quite a treat! Hotel facilities are superb and expansive. This is truly a 5 start resort in every way.
