The guesthouse itself was lovely, with a nice pool and good landscaping around. The room was comfortable and not too cramped.

It was a bit of a walk from the centre of town, but not too far for us. Maybe 15 minutes at our pace.

Secluded little hotel with a lovely pool. Wasn’t busy at all so was nice to have the place to myself.

No refrigerator in the rooms so the water was boiling hot. Shared bathrooms aren’t ideal but it was bearable.

We loved staying in Ben guest house, so much that we extended our stay. The staff was very friendly. The swimming pool area is welcoming and great to relax. You can have breakfast in the morning, which is simple but nice and well priced.

It is a little bit far from the center, that in a way, we liked that. You can walk in 20/25 minutes. But easy to get a grab taxi.

Had a great pool and could rent a scooter directly from the hotel . Rooms were comfortable and great wifi everywhere .

The mattress of the twin bed in our room was not good compared to the double bed . Not many power plugs available or conveniently placed in the room.

Pool was lovely. Room was small but had a little table and 2 chairs out front which was really nice. 2 bottles of water were in glass bottles and tasted superb. A 5/10 minute walk to find restaurants and a corner store. Good selection of food to eat. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

A good half hour to get to markets and town area.

For those of us who don’t mind walking, the guesthouse is about a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal and center of town. The grounds of the guesthouse are lush and well maintained. They even have a nice swimming pool. The woman at the reception desk was professional and friendly and always available to help with any concerns. The drinking water in the rooms was in glass bottles which you seldom see. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable.

The listing said there was a refrigerator in the room but that is not the case.

We really appreciated this budget hotel. Liked the quiet, tucked away yet central, location - we comfortably walked to all three different night markets in Chiang Rai from this base (admittedly, pleasantly cool temps during our visit) The architecture and landscaping of the grounds is really charming - the pool area is lovely and it's a decent size. Seating area outside rooms is also convivial. Receptionists friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean and a fine size. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Overhead fan in addition to air-con was lovely. Yes I'd return here.

Room is inexplicably under-furnished? No bedside table? No lamps at all? No wardrobe or indeed anywhere at to store baggage? For info no fridge.

Would 100% recommend, photos don’t do it justice. Amazing place
