Nothing but I will say the photos on the advert are deceiving when it comes to the bed size. Shows what looks like two std doubles in the family twin when they are in fact singles and no way any good for a family

The dinner was very disappointing it hadn't been thought about. Dinner for 2 was served in single bowls so you had to ask for separate plates and dish yourself even though it was advertised as for two

Wr are a family of 4 traveling with another family in Thailand. This hotel was fabulous and we extended the stay for 3 days. Beautiful nature, clean and modern facility, great breakfast. The kids enjoyed the small aqua park and the big pool at the beach. The employees are very polite and helpful. The general manager of the hotel was approachable and very nice. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel 👍.

The Hotel is very nice. My child like the pool very much. The room is very clean and comfortable bed. We like it very much and we will come again next time. Oh, restaurant at the hotel also test very good and very surprise that all price are included VAT and service charge so it very nice price for us.

We booked a room with a bath but when we got there we were told it only had cold water. In the end we didn't use the bath which felt like a waste considering we spent extra money for the room with the bath.

Staff are friendly. The location is perfect for families. The pools and slides were fun and the beach pool was beautiful with a stunning view of a peaceful and clean beach. The food was delicious. It was also a close car ride to Cicada Market. We would love to visit again 😊.

Unfortunately the noise from the corridors does travel into the rooms so could be a bit noisy late evening when our children were trying to sleep.

- the water is restroom is not strong enough - the pool is too crowded - the depth of water after coming down from high slider in the pool is too shallow, i think it’s a little bit dangerous

Most of staffs were nice and friendly. However, when we asked for more soap, the operator seemed not happy to give us. So, I mentioned that I would like to have it even with extra costs. So, she told me that she would tell staff to bring it for me. The cost of soap compared with the cost of hotel, the staff should not be reluctant to give to the guest.

You could not give out plastic bottles of water and just offer refills from a big jug. Too much plastic in single use bottles and everyone uses reusable bottles these days.

This was a great place to stay for families. We spent two nights closer to town so we enjoyed just staying at the resort when we got there. The waterslides were so fun and staff all so kind and caring. The breakfast buffet was delicious and beds very comfortable. Thanks!

Spotlessly clean room, linen, and towels. Room bright and extremely well up-to-date . Amazing view where lying on the bed can watch the sea. Easy walk to Khao Tao resevoir and many good places to eat around resevoir. The temple is a must-see. All local people are friendly and eating at Thai restaurants on Sai noi beach is fantastic food. Breakfast is high quality. I think superb for families and solo or couples. If you want a quiet room, book a sea view as other rooms are near the children dedicated swimming pool. Excellent staff service.

It was a bit far from the town centre. Although there was a shuttle from the town centre, one has to plan the timing of the shuttle service. I wish there was a spa or massage service in the hotel. Please check the bathroom as there was an unpleasant odour coming from the drainage. Low pressure of water.

It was close to the beach. There's a bar and pool close to the beach,too. The staff were warm and very helpful. The place was generally clean and pillows, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a variety of food.
