IsraelIt is a shame that the sand in the sea is covered with mud, starnge and bad feeling when entering the water for a swim.
Tumbs up to every single staff member,they are very customer orientated and always try to upcome your needs and requests.Trully AMAZING! Ideal location, quiet and yet a short walk to fishermen village. The food at breakfast and at the pool was excellent. Rooms are spacious and have all what you need . For us , it is a 4 star hotel with a 7 star service.

The location was fabulous right on the beach. It is so picturesque. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The lighting by night is lovely. The staff are all so attentive and friendly from the minute you arrive till you leave. They can't do enough for you. The drinks by the pool are very reasonably priced and you can have drinks and lunch brought to your sun lounger. Breakfast was great. Selection of food was just right. Drinks served as soon as you arrive and sit down. It was never crowded and just felt relaxed all easy in a perfect setting looking at the sea

United KingdomOnly things outside the hotel's control: Bo Phut beach sand is coarse and slopes steeply into the water and the sea is a little murky. Be aware, but don't let this put you off staying here!
This is an excellent hotel, one of the very best I have stayed in and fully deserving of all the outstanding reviews. The staff are faultlessly helpful, the facilities are great and our rooms were fabulous. The whole site is a beautiful oasis of calm amidst the bustle of coastal Samui. We enjoyed the warm pool and good value drinks delivered to our loungers (but didn't try out any spa treatments). The onsite Thai restaurant was superb and the breakfast buffet had a very wide range of Thai and western options. The pool terrace has steps directly on to the beach and it is a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Fisherman's Village. Transport to/from airport and ferry was organised for us and our 3 night stay at the end of 3 weeks travelling round Thailand was a memorable and very relaxing one.

FranceThe beach was disappointing. The sand was coarse, making walks a challenge, Furthermore, the water was murky and had some silt on the surface. We were told this was related to the weather conditions at the time. So we ended up bathing at the pool which was fine. And one day we used Bolt to go to Silver Beach that has fine sand and transparent waters.
The hotel grounds were luxuriant and immaculately groomed. Our bungalow was surrounded by lush vegetation that provided privacy and enveloped us in calm. At the same time, we were very close to the pool and the beach. The property was quiet and peaceful. The tranquil atmosphere was felt as soon as we entered the reception area and were welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was large and tastefully designed in the Thai style. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet which was varied and fresh, with mostly Western but also Asian offerings. Each day also brought some new foods to try in addition to the standard breakfast fare. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Fisherman's Village, shops and restaurants, yet it's completely isolated from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area.

Staff are excellent, attentive and can't do enough for you. Hotel is spotless and maintained to the highest standards. Rooms are exceptional and clean and well equipped. Gardens are beautiful and scenic. Pool is clean and plenty of room to swim and there are plenty of sunbeds for all there and including the beach which is kept clean. Jenny on Reception couldn't do enough and with other Reception staff booked our taxis and trips. As it was our Wedding anniversary we had a welcome decoration on our bed and a bath full of rose petals.

Secluded garden room with plunge pool was fabulous. And loved the lemongrass incense they used each evening. We dined in their Thai restaurant by the lotus pond one night - excellent food & service. Staff lived up to being in the land is smiles.

The spa resort was beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for you. The grounds are so pretty and the resort leads directly on to the beach. We stayed in a junior suite, which was huge, modern and clean with a lovely spa bath on the balcony as an extra touch. It’s very central with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.
